5 stars are for a Lifeine Gym version I got in 1983. I still use it as I 'm on SSDI due spondylosis. It fits in the door and the cables allow you to lean at 45 degree angle stretching your shoulder joints and isolating your spinal chord, site of bone spurs. My version allows converts the handles into barbell or stand on the handles and pump the barbell fed cables, twisting for more resistance. It also allows those of us who can not sleep to stretch any time of day or night. My Lifeline Gym is the finest addition to anybody's home with aging family members.

As a long distance runner I was looking for a resistance trainer I could use while on the road. Unboxing was pretty easy with three resistance bands and two ankle bands. The ankle bands when properly attached have little to no give so all of the energy is transferred to the resistance bands. I am impressed with how sturdy and comfortable the trainer is while in use. The three resistance bands are a snap to attach and remove while exercising. This is a must have for those on the go as I just toss it in my overnight bag and take off. Great product!

I used up my good patch kit last time I hiked. Went to get a new one from Dick's but they did n't carry it so I got this one hoping I would n't need it. First night on the trail I got a puncture in my sleeping mat. Next morning I waited for it to hit 60 degrees, put the patch on and forget about it until bedtime. I threw a few breaths in the pad and had no problem the next three nights. This is now my go to patch kit.
