So far so great! Many reviews I read here and at other stores suggested replacing the wheels immediately. I have found them to be in terrific working order and have n't seen the need to replace anything just yet. Very comfortable, perfect fit/size and I would suggest wearing them with thicker socks especially until you have broken them in and stretched them out a bit. Very happy with my purchase online!

I am very pleased with the skates so far. I 've gone skating several times in them and can say that they are far more comfortable and fun to skate in than the rental skates. The boot was very comfortable and roomy. This was my first pair of traditional roller skates so I can not really compare them to other brands or models. I have owned several pairs of roller blades in the past, and I think these skates are far better for traditional, indoor roller skating. Overall I am very satisfied with the skates given their price.

After searching through local sports stores, at the rink, big box stores and websites, we finally chose the Chicago boys rink skates for our 4 and 1/2 year old grandson. They are easy to get on and off, support his ankles, and glide smoothly around the basement floor. They are also suited for the indoor roller rink, which he will be going to soon for a party. He uses them to play roller hockey. Although the shoe is a vinyl, it looks and feels almost like leather-- too bad they still are n't made with leather. We purchased them two sizes bigger than he wears for growth. He wears long sports socks over his regular socks, and that works fine. I am a size 7 1/2 and purchased a size 7 men's. These feel and fit great even with thick socks on. Use the charts given as a guide. However, I purchase a different Chicago skate in a size 6 and could n't get it on my foot so the various types of skates matter when selecting a size for a woman. My Grandsons skating improved 100% within one night of skating with these new skates. You figure the average rate to rent skates is about 4. 50 per night. These twisters arrived today and they are very pretty!! well done!! my observation for others: 1. I am size 10/28cm in my usual shoe; I was unsure whether to choose 10/10. 5 or 11/11. 5!! I chose 10/10. 5 and they are perfect, they are super comfortable, I went out of the house and at what speed they take they look like a rocket!! I have 21 years without skating, I am 33 years old, I think I made a good choice in this 3- wheel model, everything is practice, the good thing is that I have a notion of skating!! My foot is normal to a little narrow, I would n't recommend it for people with wide feet... it says on the box that it comes with an Allen wrench but it did n't come with it:(,, it comes with an insole included which would be your size 10, if you remove it it reaches 10. 5.. it comes with 2 red/black braids.. I feel like you should bring your Allen wrench and a small oil for the bearings!!

I tried some hockey roller blades and didnt like the width fit. These rollerblades are great for wider fit. I was worried I only seemed to have one option for wider fit and it worked out well. They function great too.

Great ankle support, a bit more than the macroblade model. My foot is 273mm and I got the rb80 size 9. Fit nice and snug, comfy, do n't hurt. Wear 9. 5 in sneakers and boots. Definitely worth the money. I do wish they would put a longer frame than 243mm in size 9 and higher, like the 261mm they put in size 13 and higher, for longitudinal stability. Makes sense and they work much better than the 243mm

I just picked up rollerblading again after 25+ years. I was concerned about getting a good pair of skates. My previous pair was Rollerblade Macroblade from the 1990s. After looking online these were in the price range I wanted and reviews pointed these were a good substitute for my previous pair. They fit well from the first time I wore them. The control and stability is great. They are light weight and have held up well after the initial abuse they took from early falls relearning to skate. Highly recommend.
