I have never, in my adult life, worn anything smaller than a 10 in any shoe( boot, sneaker, sandal, heel) but the size 10 in these was considerably larger than I could wear! I learned very quickly that the Sorel Caribou boot was the Best way to keep feet dry and relatively warm in the Great white Tundra of the North East states. If you get the fit right, they do n't pull your socks down when you walk. Very good for walking unlink the tradition tall boots. Most importantly, they are the only boots that you can sit for a couple of hours in the winter with and your feet do n't get cold. I ordered three models of boots( 5 pairs total) and kept this color of this model. I have flat arches and over pronating hind feet so I was thrilled my orthotics fit in place of the company made insoles. There is arch support in the Tivoli Resort that is comparable to that in Tivoli. The higher platform and deep tread is ideal for the snowy slushy winter terrain. The insulation works perfectly even in below 10 degree weather with windy conditions. The higher top and faux help keep the ankle to calf part of lower leg protected and warm. I ’ m even comfortable in them for an 8- hour shift in retail involving going up and down ladders. Highly recommend for women with C width feet( wider than typical but not quite wide.). I ’ m able to wear thick socks so it might work for someone wide footed as well.

These boots are a bit heavy but they are very sturdy and the sole feels grippy. Good quality. the inside is comfy and cozy. I love the side zipper for easy on and off. I wear 6- 6. 5 in regular shoes and usually have to size up in winter boots because I wear thicker socks. I got a 6. 5 and it fits perfectly with enough wiggle room even with thick socks. I have n't worn them out yet but they feel warm!

Super happy I purchased these winter boots. We do n't get snow often but when we do the city is horrible at managing it and these boots are a game changer. Pulling my kiddo up hills in the forest to go sledding, they managed the terrain. They kepts my feet dry, warm and super cozy.
