Fantastic Shoes! Please do not stop making them. Please continue to offer the extra wide shoes in good colors. These are perfect in dark blue. So hard to find great extra wide shoes. These are it! Comfort is outstanding. Stability is great. Padding is just right. I appreciate the one piece rubber tread. I am fairly tough on shoes. A marathon a week give or take. One piece rubber tread always wears better than the current trend of contact patches. I burn through the edges and into the padding in just a few weeks with my running and walking style. The one piece allows the force of the step to transfer evenly without abrading and damaging the cushioning. I 'll always buy another pair but the last half of the shoes life is just as important as the 1st half. Thanks and Have a Great Day!

I ’ ve found it impossible to get running shoes that don ’ t hurt my feet until now. The price made me reluctant but I would pay that anyday. These are awesome!

Brooks is the only brand of shoe I have found that will fit my wide feet, as I have to wear the 4E( extra wide) in size 11 to minimize blisters forming on the outside of my feet. Have 2 pair of Addiction GT5s and 1 pair of the Ghost 15 shoe. It ’s all I wear aside from some flip- flops in summer.

Absolutely outstanding shoe! Quality construction, intelligent design, and very comfortable. Ordered the first pair, after three of wear, immediately ordered a second pair. Only suggestion would be to offer more color options. Great shoe!

I love the feel and fit of the Ariel GTS 24. My first pair was a pretty teal blue and I liked that it had color but was n't too wild because I like to wear them for everyday use as well as exercise walking and some running. They do n't look clunky and do n't make my feet look big. I decided to get a real neutral shade next so I got a greyish beige style. Most recently I got the Mercury/ebony/sweet lavender and this is my favorite color so far. Very neutral overall but the lavender part adds a lot of style. They are a very supportive, stable shoe which is important to me as I am in my 70s and need that. The only negative is that this most recent shoe did not have the same type of shoelaces as the first two pairs. Those laces stay tied even when you do n't double- knot them. The laces on the newest pair are flatter instead of round and I always worry they will come untied if I do n't double knot.

Learn from my mistake and heed everyone ’s advice to order a half size up from your normal Brooks size and avoid the return& reordering process- so so so comfy for walking but definitely run a little smaller than other styles.

Had to go half size up for a bit more length for toes but not a big issue, I have narrow feet and width is perfect. Haven ’ t ever felt a more comfortable, bouncy, carbon plated shoe. Usually carbon plated shoes hurt my feet after a few miles- these don ’ t. Just feel good to run in and they keep your feet turning over. Only complaint is little hard to get on. Also have the Mach 6 as a daily trainer and love that too. Also have the cielo road shoes- try these they are amazing with peba foam..

Great shoes for fast running. Not as bouncy as the super marathon shoes but feel soft on landing and roll through very quickly.
When selecting running shoes for orthotics, prioritize features such as a removable insole to accommodate your orthotic device, a wide toe box for comfort, and adequate arch support. Look for shoes with cushioning to absorb impact and enhance comfort during runs. Additionally, consider the shoe's overall fit and stability to ensure it aligns well with your orthotics.
Running shoes for orthotics are specifically designed to provide additional support and accommodate custom orthotic inserts. They often feature a more spacious interior to allow for the orthotics without compromising comfort. Additionally, these shoes may include enhanced cushioning and stability features to help prevent injuries and improve overall running performance.
While many running shoes can accommodate orthotics, it's essential to choose shoes that have a removable insole and sufficient space for your orthotics. Some shoes are specifically designed with features that enhance compatibility with orthotic devices, providing better support and comfort. Always try on the shoes with your orthotics to ensure a proper fit.
The best type of running shoe for orthotics can vary based on your foot type, such as flat, neutral, or high-arched feet. For flat feet, look for shoes with stability features, while neutral feet may benefit from cushioned shoes that offer flexibility. High-arched feet often require shoes with extra cushioning and support to accommodate orthotics effectively.
Yes, materials play a significant role in the comfort of running shoes for orthotics. Look for shoes made with breathable mesh uppers to keep your feet cool and dry, as well as cushioned midsoles that provide shock absorption. Additionally, durable outsoles made from rubber can enhance traction and stability, contributing to a more comfortable running experience.
When selecting running shoes for varying weather conditions while using orthotics, consider the shoe's water resistance and breathability. For wet conditions, look for shoes with water-resistant materials to keep your feet dry. In colder weather, shoes with insulation can help maintain warmth, while breathable options are ideal for hot weather to prevent overheating and discomfort.
