[ I used to do some alternating running and walking for my health, but got out of it for a while. A few months ago, I got back into it, to get back in better health, so I wanted a shoe that worked well for both activities, but could also transition for long hours on my feet. These shoes seem to work well for both. They are flexible from heel to toe, but still supportive. The bottom of the shoe is pretty thick, but still has enough bounce to make them comfortable from heel strike, following through to push off with the toe. I felt like they were comfortable for all day wear, not just on the track, road, treadmill or even surfaces. It also features a mesh top, great for keeping your feet cooler when running, but not so great for keeping clean if it ’s a bit dusty or muddy or in an area prone to getting stains, like nursing can do. It ’s also not so great if you tend to work in a wet environments, as I do sometimes in home health nursing, when helping patients with their care. They do seem to have a good bit of traction, though, which is good when running or walking on semi wet surfaces, such as a road after rain or helping someone to the bathroom. They are great for going on a run straight to working on your feet, like I do, and fit comfortably, being true to size. I have wider feet, but these didn ’ t feel too narrow, nor did the toe box make my toes feel squished. Overall, these shoes are supportive for a quick workout or all day wear without the foot fatigue, and definitely worth considering if you want quality and comfort, and great for every day wear.

Compared to the previous version of the Triumph, which I also loved, I find the T22 to be softer but not too soft, very stable, with a fun energetic ride. It has more room in the toebox which I appreciate- I did n't have an issue with the T20 on a daily basis, but came back from my first marathon with two black toenails, so that little bit more room is great and fits the shape of my foot well. My first run was in the rain and I found the grip to be great. The only downside is it may have lost some of the versatility of the T20/21, which also did well on moderate speed days, but T22 feels solidly made for daily training and long runs. Definitely think it will be a great cruiser and leg saver on longer efforts.

[ This is my second pair of Trail Pegasus, and I like it more than the first one:) The Pegasus are a staple for any running enthusiast, but I had n't worn a pair of trail shoes until recently, and I 'm sold. The sole has a lot more grip, which makes these shoes truly `` all- terrain '', both for trail runs but also for every day walks. On top of that, these shoes include Gore- Tex material, making them water resistant( no more excuses not to go for a run in light rain!). They are as comfy as their non- trail Pegasus counterparts, and they have a very similar fit. This color combination has quickly become a favorite for their versatility. [ 3 trail runs in and a month of daily wear and these are still feeling new! There is a bounce when you take a step that feels good while maintaining a sense of stability and feel. The heel has a good lockdown feel without being too tight. They are getting a little dirty, but no signs of wear and tear so far. I can ’ t wait to get more miles in as these are my new favorites!

When asked his opinion on the negatives of the shoes he said he couldn ’ t think of any but his top 2 positives about the shoe were fit and comfort. When it came to the fit he said that the shoes fit like a glove they weren ’ t too loose and they weren ’ t too tight and he stated that they didn ’ t adjust over time as well like some shoes do, they stayed at the perfect fit. He also said that he really likes where the shoe falls on the ankle because it ’s not too high where you feel constricted and not too low where it rubs against the bone. He can wear these shoes all day and stay comfortable in them, they have the right amount of cushion and bounce without feeling like you are walking on a board. My husband now wears these shoes every day outside of work.

[ The Nike air zoom, structure 25, is a lightweight, breathable sneaker designed for distance and endurance. At first sight the look of the shoe wasn ’ t set to awe anyone. But once the foot is in the shoe the looks don ’ t matter. The shoe fits true to size and holds the foot like Goldilocks…not too tight, not too loose…just right. The cushion was noticeably significant as the shock absorption on strike was well received and eliminated prevailing joint pain through the leg. That being said, the insole of this shoe is geared more towards a rear mid/heel striker. I also tested this shoe in cross training with a combo HIIT, functional strength training, spring workout and the shoe performed well. It is now my favorite cross training shoe. I would suggest flat laces that hold up to vigorous training and a larger pull loop on the back of the heel for convenience. Overall, 9/10.

Great running shoes! The Endorphin Speed does not disappoint! Version 3 was my all- time favorite 2 years ago, and now Version 5 improves on that in essentially every way, plus the wide- size is available- which I prefer for a more accommodating fit. Overall, this shoe is propulsive, rolls nicely, and is surprisingly well cushioned. The upper is exceptionally well breathable. This shoe is considerably more stable than Version 3 was which is a nice surprise. It's excellent on the street, and outstanding on the treadmill with the shoe's geometry supporting smooth rolling transitions. This is a speed/tempo running shoe that also can handle easier paces well, something the Version 3 was n't as good at.

They have been spectacular! She loves that they are light as a feather and have lots of cushioning. The colors are vibrant. The fabric is light and breathable. If she could have designed a shoe on her own, it would have looked like this. Her favorite aspect of these shoes is the way they feel — springy and comfortable. These shoes are very supportive. [ I run 40- 50 miles per week and have a large rotation of running shoes to support that. I was excited to try out the Nike Vomero 18s! These shoes are comfortable for easy miles but lightweight and responsive enough to pick up the pace as well. They have a little bit of bounce, but they are not too soft, which I appreciate- my preference for shoes is a bit on the firmer end; I do n't like a big squishy marshmallow. I found them to work well both for outdoor runs as well as on the treadmill. Plus they look great, which is always an added bonus and another reason to reach for these shoes while lacing up! I 'll definitely look forward to running in these Vomeros as I rack up the miles training for my next half marathon.

Are Nike Alphafly 3 shoes truly worth their price? Let me share my experience. At the start of August, I had a sore knee, but since my son wanted to participate in a race, I used KT Tape to support my knee and completed the half marathon of this race. Despite the knee discomfort, I noticed that the shoes seemed to enhance my speed. Remarkably, I achieved a 6: 25/mi pace for a half marathon for the first time in 2024, using the Nike AF3 during the Catherine Creek Classic on August 3, 2024( you can view more details on my Strava page- athlete# 59684519). The AF3s demonstrated exceptional performance and comfort throughout the race, even for my wider feet. The color options are impressive, especially the green and purple variants. Although the price is quite high and I 've noticed the outsole wears out faster than other models I ’ ve used, I believe the performance justifies the cost. I would n't necessarily use the AF3 shoes as my daily running shoes but would be my go- to kicks for races.

The shoes are exactly what a person needs to perform their upcoming marathon. The Nike Alphafly 3 ’s are extremely responsive and have the best energy return out of every stride compared to the competition. I would recommend to people making this investment to go a half size up. I am a true size 10 in Nike shoes( I generally run in the Nike Pegasus Line for reference), but the Alphafly ’s in the Pink/Purple color- way at least do run smaller compared to most Nike models. I have tried on a pair of size 10. 5 Alphafly and they fit more like a true to size 10 Nike running shoe. Overall, these are awesome shoes and are the best marathon shoes on market!

What I like the most about these is that I could walk miles in these right out of the box, no break in period necessary. If I had to change one thing, it would be the “ strap ” on the tongue of the shoe where the laces go. This is not necessarily an issue for me but I could see where others might find it difficult to tie and untie the shoes based on its location. Over all, these are fantastic shoes and I will be getting them in multiple colors.

[ This is great. Honestly, when I first wore it out it was a little too tight for me and I thought I needed a bigger size. Since it is a waterproof shoe, you can expect it to be a little bit tighter obviously to help keep water out during rainy training days. The second time I wore them they felt much better and didn ’ t feel as tight. I normally go half a size or a full size up for running shoes. I ’ m normally a 9, but did a 9. 5. The cushion on these shoes is amazing. They have the new zoom cushion which is super comfortable and you can wear out for long periods of time. I did a few recovery runs in this shoe during the rain storms we have been having and they did great on concrete with rain, road with rain, and some softer terrain with muddy surfaces. I didn ’ t feel like I would slip or anything while running- the grip on these shoes is amazing.

The only thing I would mention is that in 1s I had to get a half size larger than I normally wear in athletic shoes, in the 2s I could stick with my regular size, and in the 3s I have to get the 1/2 size larger again. Will resist water to a point, but it ’s not meant to be a rain boot. Comfortable, extremely so during the first 200 miles. Love the grip of the soles, especially in more treacherous conditions. I needed some hiking shoes to hike North Cascades National Park in Seattle. Never had hiking shoes before, but hated that they looked so clunky. I saw that trail running shoes work well for hikes as well and allow your feet to stay flexible. I saw these for sale and gave it a try. Wow. It genuinely provided so much support for hiking and light jogging. I hiked through brush, rocks, gravel, tree roots, grass, and other terrains. I did n't slip a single time and the shoes really cushioned each step. Safe to say, I would have been doomed with regular running shoes. After hiking a few days, the shoes still looked new! They were a bit dusty from the trail itself, though. Treads on the bottom looked new, did n't see any scratches or gouges, laces were not frayed. I got the Gore- Tex variant, so at the end of the hike, I walked into the shallow end of a lake and wiped them off, no water got in. I half- sized up. My regular shoe size is a 9, but I went 9. 5 because I wore thicker socks and appreciate the toe room during hiking as I do n't want my toes banging the front of the shoe. Feet also swell when hiking. All in all, I hiked around 20 miles on this trip as well as walking around city areas, so probably closer to 30 miles. I had no issues whatsoever and would recommend them. If Nike wants to sponsor me for this review, I 'm all ears because they 've won me over with these purposeful shoes.

These just arrived, so only have had them for a few days now and they are noticeably lighter than the Zoom Fly 5. I have had 4 pairs of Zoom Fly 5's and they have been great running shoes. The Zoom Fly 6 feels more stable in stride and when walking, I really like that Nike has reduced the size of the heel from the protruding heel on the Zoom Fly 5, that to me is why the new 6 feels more stable. The appearance of the shoe looks great. The bottom has also been updated, I think the traction is slightly better than the 5 and so far I have not encountered the `` suction '' noise the 5's had on smooth floors. So far, so good, looking forward to seeing how many miles these can take!

Got them because I ’ m getting tired of spending 250 on the Nike vomero premiums only to find out they last 3 months:-/ granted they are absolutely the most comfortable shoes I ’ ve ever worn but come on 3 months??? So seen the reviews on these swapped out the inserts and wow great walking shoes nice and comfy wide just really great shoes for the price I liked em so much I got a second pair while they are on sale!

These shoes are light but well cushioned. I feel like I can pick up the pace or cruise. These are well done, very breathable and probably the all time favorite shoe of mine. Wish they had more colors but they are a Novablast and evo sl equal. Little less stack but still enough to not feel the ground. Brooks nailed this. Don ’ t screw up the next version!

[ I really love this shoe. The fit is perfect. Didn ’ t need to size up or down. The toe box is spacious enough to feel comfortable. I also love how comfortable they are. Can handle running easily and are even comfortable to wear casually. My foot felt secure when running and doing activities while also keeping me comfortable. Would definitely get these shoes again.

[ I got these in a size 7 in women ’s for 1 of 2 people that I knew could give me an honest opinion on them. It happened to be my mother who I gifted them to that works in a plant on her feet 8- 10 hours a day. As soon as she opened the box she absolutely loved the colorway she got as it can match multiple things as well as the style/look of the shoe. Once she got the shoe on foot she walked around the house and said she felt more bounce and spring in her step wearing them. She wore them to work the next day and when she came home she talked about how much her feet and back felt better after wearing them and all the compliments she got on them from co- workers who said they would be looking to get a pair as well. If momma is happy than I am too so I would give these a 20 out of 10 and recommend them to anyone that is doing any activity on your feet whether it ’s working on hard concrete floors like her or if you ’ re a runner, jogger, walker.

[ The Women's Nike Structure Plus Road Running Shoes are amazing. I have never had shoes with so much cushion and support. They are true to size. I was able to complete my run without having to worry that my feet were going to hurt after a while. I love that they are made from a lightweight breathable material. I love also how they have reflective detailing for if you want to go for night runs. The ombre of colors is definitely cute. These shoes are great for running errands or running a few miles. Overall, I would recommend if anyone is looking for some great running shoes.
