I purchased it about a month ago and have played around a dozen rounds with it and had one long practice session with them. Bought both a 56 and 52 degree. I love the feel and control I have with it. It gets some decent spin. But after my long practice session where I hit maybe 20 balls with a full swing and around 100 chips( 15 to 50 yard range), the face is showing a lot more wear than it should at this point in its life. I question if I 'll get even 2 years of use out of these before the face is too worn. Expect to have to sharpen the grooves frequently with these clubs.

I recently bought a new set of irons that I needed to add a 60 degree wedge to. I have been playing Cleveland wedges lately after previously playing Vokey wedges. I think the Cleveland wedges are as good as the Vokey wedges if not better. I have only played a few rounds with this club but so far I love it.

I needed a little more flexibility inside 75 yards and this club has shined in that role. Adding a 58° wedge to my arsenal gives me the chance to chip into those tighter spots where my 52° just could n't quite handle. The club ilhas a soft feeling and is very well balanced. I could n't be happier.
A rust wedge is designed with a unique finish that promotes increased spin and control around the greens. The rusted surface can enhance friction, providing better grip on the ball for improved shot accuracy. Unlike traditional wedges that maintain a shiny finish, rust wedges develop a patina over time, which some golfers prefer for its aesthetic and performance benefits.
Using a rust wedge can significantly improve your short game by offering enhanced spin and control on delicate shots. The textured surface of a rust wedge helps create more friction between the clubface and the ball, allowing for better stopping power on greens. Additionally, the design often allows for versatile shot-making, making it easier to execute various types of chips and pitches.
Rust wedges can be beneficial for golfers of various skill levels, but they may be particularly advantageous for those who frequently play around the greens. Beginners might find the added spin helpful for improving their short game, while more experienced players can appreciate the control and versatility these wedges offer. Ultimately, the choice depends on individual playing style and preferences.
Choosing the right loft for a rust wedge depends on your playing style and the types of shots you typically encounter. Higher lofted wedges are ideal for short, high shots that need to stop quickly, while lower lofted wedges can be used for longer, lower shots. It's important to consider your overall wedge setup and how each loft complements your existing clubs to ensure a balanced short game.
Rust wedges are typically made from softer steel alloys, which can enhance feel and feedback on shots. The materials used can also influence the club's durability and the level of spin generated. Softer materials allow for better interaction with the ball, leading to improved control, while the rust finish can help increase friction for enhanced performance around the greens.
