I was nervous because I read reviews on past versions of this shoe that they run tight-& smallish so I ordered these in a half size bigger and they fit perfect. The sole is very cushy, and the design provides a lot of support on the sides and on top which I appreciate for lifting. My feet are more narrow and I think someone with wider feet might not do well with this style- the sides are stiff for support which could hurt people ’s feet. As I have tiny feet I used the measuring advice on the website and got my perfect size. I have peripheral neuropathy in my feet so need comfy shoes for walking. The sandals are really comfortable and I love them. As others have said they can be a bit difficult to get on and a small piece of elastic fabric inserted into the heel strap would be fab and make putting them on much easier. I would n't recommend if you have a high instep or wide feet.

I have a history of right sided IT band and gluteus medius inflammation, and these shoes really help to keep me properly aligned while I go on my long walks.
