My Keen canvas Howsers were getting a little worn so I decided to try a new, different pair. I liked the look and style of this shoe and as luck would have it they were on sale. I ordered my normal size 11. When they arrived they were just a tad too short. Keen makes it easy to return and I ordered a size 11. 5 and they arrived and fit perfect!! Note that these are a tight fitting shoe so getting them on takes a little effort but once they are on they are VERY comfortable. I like the material on these better than the canvas on the Howsers. They seem to be a size smaller than normal size. I have always wore a 9 1/2 in all my shoes and boots but they seem to fit like an 8 1/2. Super comfortable right out of the box, a little squeaky on tile and vinyl floors the first few hours I wore them but that quickly went away. Didn ’ t notice a breaking in phase like I do with other boots and the side zip makes them really easy to take on and off. Haven ’ t used them in inclement weather yet but they feel solid and I have no issue wearing them while on my feet for 8+ hours a day. The boots are breathable and with the right socks my feet don ’ t sweat like they did with other boots no matter what I did. Looking like this will be the boot I use for the rest of my career.

i bought my first pair in 2007. these are the most comfortable, well made boot ive ever owned and ive worn boots my whole life. this is my fourth pair now. a good 3 yr. boot wearing every day. im a builder and like the flat sole, doesnt pick up nearly the mud and is easy to get off when you do, slip on is fast when concrete shows up and ive got to get into rubber boots. quality, comfortable, rugged, customer for life here!

I feel these are on the narrow side of medium width. I like the cushioning. For those who care about color… the rubbery trim piece that goes around the sole of the shoe and wraps around to the front is a variegated color. So on the pair I got, one shoe tip is black and the other is tan. Once I figured out it is a feature instead of a bug, it fits my quirky personality. I sense it may not be appreciated by others.

I hope XTRATUF never stops making these. I recently picked up shifts at a restaurant in my town that has stairs! As someone who is quite familiar with the hospitality industry, loves a clog( to the point of my friends making fun of me for it) and is used to the added height and comfortability of one, I needed something I could quite literally `` run '' up& down stairs in. I set out in search of a durable shoe that would give all day comfort and that would n't slow down my stride up and down stairs all day, I 'm talking 10 hrs. I found just what I was looking for in this clog and I am very pleased. It's comfortable, durable, grippy and is cute on! If there was a better way to tell you how much I love these, I would be saying it now!! These things are awesome. I do n't see myself buying any other work shoes from here in. As for sizing, I wear between a 7. 5 and 8. I always buy 8 in XTRATUFs and they fit just the way I would want them to, comfortably snug, my big toe sits just under the top.
