We have had a regular Sunny bike for about 8 years now and have loved it!! But my husband now has Parkinson's disease which is affecting his legs most of all. So a recumbent bike is necessary for him to keep riding. The fact that he can easily step in front of the seat without having to hike his leg over the machine to straddle the seat is a game changer for him. I chose this model partly for that reason. I chose Sunny because the quality of my original bike was great, and a few years ago when I had a bearing wear out, it was easy to get a replacement and YouTube videos enabled us to do the maintenance on it ourselves, even as 70- year olds! This is a great trainer. It is made in the USA and the build quality is outstanding. Add to that, the unit is designed to be easy to assemble and simple to use. Clamping the bike in to the unit is a simple one motion process and the bike is firmly held. The wheel tension knob is genius! Just turn it until it clicks and you have the correct pressure on your tire. I have owned other fluid trainers, but this has to be the smoothest and most consistent I have ever used. It truly provides linear resistance that gets more challenging as your speed increases. I have not tried it with the Saris training tire yet, but the noise level with a standard road tire was minimal. The included speed sensor works well and paired immediately with the Rouvy app on my iPhone. I did have some issues mounting the sensor because the inside width of my rear hub is pretty narrow. Once I figured out how to best mount it on my wheel, I had no issues.

This is a very good bike, just not 5 Stars. It meets my requirements and was on sale foe what I wanted to spend. However, the pulse monitor worked for a week. The seat isn ’ t as comfortable as others mentioned, it tilts a little forward, washers under the front screw helped. It's easy to put together except for the tension wire. The instructions don ’ t tell you to rotate the bracket down to the base to anchor the wire, then rotate it back to keep it in place( need pliers for this). Took me more time to figure that out than putting the whole the bike together. There is very little difference between the tension settings. But, overall I ’ m satisfied with the bike.

I ’ ve been using the NordicTrack G LE recumbent bike for a few weeks now, and I have to say, it ’s been a pretty great experience overall. The console isn ’ t anything fancy—it ’s pretty basic—but it gets the job done. It connects to my iPad via Bluetooth, which I love because I can track my stats and see detailed feedback during my ride. The info it gives is actually pretty helpful and motivating, especially if you ’ re working on improving your fitness. The seat is super comfy! It ’s got a good range of motion, so whether you ’ re tall or short, you can adjust it to fit just right. the R92 is a solid built machine previously I had a proform that broke whenever I rode the proform it would constantly move side to side plus the seat was uncomforatable and a few other things th R92 does n't move the seat is comforatable the backrest leans slightly back the programs are good the resistance levels are good I paid extra for the inside delivery and that was well worth it I had them take it upstairs they had it assembled and ready to use in 30 minutes. When I saw the size of that box there was no way I was going to get that upstairs by myself I 'm 73 so like I said it was worth the extra money. I 'm very satisfied withe the machine. That said, I ’ m not done exploring, moving, learning or living. I bought my Nordic track bike to whip my old self into shape. The first few rides…. Hurt. Padded shorts and perseverance overcame the pain in my… back side. And now, I look forward to my ride each day. I love seeing new places, riding with different trainers and feeling my body become stronger, more limber and toned. I ’ ve never been one to work out, but this bike is different. Seeing different places is fun. Seeing the resistance level on the screen, anticipating increases, pushing to get through it, because you can see you only have a few seconds more before it eases up on you. All told, it a great program which is providing me with stimulation and the motivation to keep going. I purchased the system at the recommendation of a friend, I ’ d definitely recommend it to others.

I have problems with my knees and have tried different equipment to get a workout in. This bike has by far been the best for them. I am able to ride and not have pain afterwards. The bike was simple to assemble and doesn ’ t take up a lot of space. I enjoy using the bike with the iFIT membership. It is fine to be able to ride in different places and with different trainers. This is an incentivized review.
