I had seriously injured my leg 2 months ago and my physical therapist suggested I buy Asics, which I did. I 've ALWAYS been a Nike fan though but she said the soles were n't stiff enough. `` One '' of the multiple injuries was a badly broken toe which ca n't be fixed bc its too late. This shoe has completely revived my running and is the best shoe I have ever worn. I 've been a distance runner since 1984 and wore Pegs for much of my life. Switched to Zoom Fly when the first edition came out. The 6 is an absolute game changer. First run out of the box ran about: 30/mile faster than my usual slog without trying to do so. My HR is commensurately higher, but my legs and body feel much easier. Just a tremendous shoe for forefoot or midfoot strikers- would not recommend for heel strikers. I am older and much slower than I used to be but I am enjoying runs more than I have in years.

These are great. Super light for a running shoe these days in a world of maximalist trainers. My size 13 pair is just over 7oz per shoe. Marketed as a 5k/10k shoe, but I routinely wear them for distances of 10- 15 miles without issue. I 've even done some decent gravel and trail distances in them. I weigh 185 so putting decent energy into my pair. Nice and roomy toe box, super comfy. Not as plush and springy as, say, Vaporfly Next%s, of course, but the light weight and comfort more than make up for that and it's a shoe I tend to reach for first even when doing double digit miles. I have a couple hundred miles on them and they 're still going strong. Wishing they 'd come out with some more subdued colorways similar to the protos instead of the loud oranges and purples and whatever, but I 'm sure in time they will. Best Nike shoe yet, and maybe best recent running shoe from any company.

I do n't run a lot of 5k's. Coming off a half marathon personal best I ran a personal best 10k and was going for the same in a 5k. I usually just run in a pair of my training shoes, but thought a lighter pair would help in a shorter distance. Any excuse for a new pair of running shoes. Out of the box my first thought was amazement at how light they are! My shoe rotation includes the zoomx invincible 1 and 2's, vomero 16's and the brooks adrenaline. None of which are particularly light. First time on my feet the upper felt like tissue paper with a zoomx lower. The upper did not feel flexible. Almost plasticky, but not a major issue. The cushioning felt squishy like I would bottom it out under hard running. First run, they felt fine. Lighter, more nimble than my usual shoes. Cushioning felt adequate for a short distance. Second run felt better. A little more broken in for me or the shoes. Just two 5k runs to check them out before the race. 5k Race day, they felt great. Missed my personal best slightly, but it was 90% humidity so not the shoes fault. Honestly the shoes just disappeared on my feet. I was 24th out of 254 people. So I 'm not the fastest guy out there. 8: 35 miles. Post mortem, the shoes have a total of 10 miles on them. I can see wear on the outsole. Some of it kind of looks like galling. The outsole material feels so soft I do n't expect it to last. Took a picture, but I 'm not sure if the wear will show. Post mortem, my feet are a little more sore than typical post race. Reasonable to expect given the reduced cushioning for the lighter weight. A fair trade. I will keep these shoes for 5k races and a couple of faster training runs leading up to them. Keeping the miles down. I do n't think I would run a 10k in these, but maybe. Spectacularly light and surprisingly comfortable. If I was going to change one thing I 'd make the cushioning very slightly firmer. I felt like maybe I was bottoming them out on race day.

First of all I don ’ t understand why there is a recommendation for one size up for wide feet since I have wide feet and this fit perfectly maybe for those with extreme wide feet it ’s recommended to go half size up. Second this shoes are extremely comfortable and good looking as well. The upper mesh is breathable and water resistant as far as I heart but I am not going to that that:) all in all I don ’ t see any negative in this shoe. Let ’s run them for maybe 2 years and see if my option changes. This shoes ain ’ t cheap so they better hold up for few years at least.

First of all, Nikes are always the most fashionable but also the most narrow. So this is a rare and exciting. Find! Women's wide are typically not wide enough, but this extra wide is absolutely perfect. I have had so much foot pain lately and tried at least dozens of brands, sizes and widths. This shoes in white color are amazing. There is a little criticism about heel slip but runners knot solves that issue and heel slip doesn ’ t happen while walking so it ’s fine. The only real criticism I have about this shoe is its upper mesh is not good enough for the original price tag. It should be soft and shoe should be bendable in the front to be called a real runner shoe. Overall this is a most comfortable shoe I have ever tried. I can wear them all day and still not be tired so this is definitely a good all day walking or working shoes.

This is my first pair of Nike's. Initially, I was a little back and forth on the upper as it felt loose in some areas and tight in others. There was some heel slippage on the first run as well that a runners knot cured. After 4 runs, twenty miles, and going back to normal tying, these shoes have broken in nicely and fit great with no slipping. They are incredibly comfortable and stable and are at home on the treadmill and the road. These are NOT go fast shoes by any means and nail the recovery or easy run role for me that still go the distance. They look great in the white/blue/orange colorway. Very happy with them!

THE ORIGINAL SUPER SHOE! This shoe is perfect for first time marathoners or even for the back of the pack runners. It ’s flexible and stable enough to take me to the full distance of a marathon. The vaporfly 3 was a good shoe for me but compared to the vaporfly 4, it has better stability and it ’s easier to run in slower when my legs or body needs a break. Even just walking in them feels amazing. I ’ m still glad Nike still put the phrase “ The original super shoe ” on the midsole. Nike started the super shoe genre and is still the king of that! I just bought these and they 're really comfy and nice looking. They have good upper which is super breathable, along with good heel support. My favorite part about this is how comfy it is, due to the really thick Cushlon sole at the bottom. It legit feels like I 'm walking of clouds, would def recommend!

Spacious fit: The toe box has plenty of room, which is great for wider feet or runners who like a little extra wiggle room. Durable: These shoes seem well- made and should hold up well for many miles. Excellent value: The Winflo 11 is a great shoe at a very reasonable price point. Some things to consider: A bit heavy: Compared to some other running shoes, the Winflo 11 is a bit on the heavier side. However, the added weight does n't seem to affect performance for most runners. I always size up a half size in Nike so I did that I did that with this shoe. It fits nicely. These shoes are super comfortable. I walk all day with my job in an elementary school and my feet don ’ t hurt at all. I would hands down buy these again. I chose the blue to wear with my school shirts.

These are really great shoes. Hands down probably the best running shoes I 've owned. I 've been suffering from ball of foot pain( metatarsalgia) under the second toe for about 8 months, and it really started to flare up within the last 1. 5 months. I tend to be a forefoot striker and typically run about 5- 7 miles when I go out. Just went on a 7 mile run with the AlphaFly Next% 2 and they really did help to neutralize the impact on the 2nd metatarsal head to the point where I felt no soreness or pain post run. Nike recommended a size 9. 5, but I ended up buying a size 11 and it fits perfect. Hope Nike continues to make shoes like this since it helped me avoid having to give up running.

[ Starting with the good. These look great. Dont have a high heel rise so they dont put your feet in a weird angle. Actually good running shoes but also good for day to day stuff and lifting due to a better sturdiness in the base. The fit is snug buy not to the point of cutting off circulation. Also doesnt feel like you 've suffocated your foot all day when you 're done wearing them. Nice spring to them as well. The only drawback is the inner heel was odd at first and took about a wear or two to adjust and not feel like it was loose/scraping the heel.

This shoe is excellent, I wish there were more colors in my size. Please note this fits differently( in my opinion) than Nike Flex Experience 11, which is very surprising. In Nike Flex Experience 11, I had a Size 10 Regular. In Nike Flex Experience 12, I used a Size 9. 5 Wide to fit similarly.
