I purchased two pairs of the Glycerin 21 style in Spring 2025 to supplement my Brooks Ghost 15 shoes, which are no longer available. I wear AFO braces and have found the Glycerin to offer slightly more comfort in the heel because of the outer heel style and perhaps a bit more slope of the sole, heel to toe, than the Ghost. The Glycerin seems slightly more snug across the toe box than the Ghost, although not enough to be uncomfortable. I bought these Jumpstart sneakers in black a few weeks ago because I have them in white and love them. I have been struggling with plantar fasciitis, and I can wear these in comfort. I am normally a size 8 and the 8 fits perfectly. They are attractive, and I have received more than a few compliments when I wear them. I can wear no- show socks with them, but I do n't have to. I walk 18 to 20 miles a week for exercise. I always wear Rykas because they provide great support in a comfortable lightweight walking shoe. Fifteen years ago I tried every athletic shoe on the market to help with the continuous pain in my feet due to severe neuropathy. I was an RN working in a busy critical care unit for 12 hours a day. The moment I put Brooke ’s on and walked around the parking lot, I was amazed, the pain went from an 8 to a 2. I have worn them ever since. I have always purchased the Ghost series, love them. Beautiful shoe. Just received these and i am normally 6. 5/7. I ordered the 6( smallest size) They are too long by at least and inch and the straps( non- adjustable) are way too loose. The look like men's shoes on my foot. I sadly have to return them since they do n't make them smaller. Great quality and they are sooo soft and the footbed is light too. If you can get the right size they would be do comfortable and cute.

Bought these in 11. 5 wide, which is what I usually get. My feet are n't that wide, sizing worked well for me( maybe if your feet are really wide it 'll feel more snug). Shoes have good grip, feel comfortable, and have enough support for long walks. I would n't run in these personally. The shoe's tongue will crease on the top of your foot a little bit but once you break it in it's less of an issue. Happy with the simple design.

I typically wear a n 8 1/2 but because I had broken a toe a few years ago I thought the half size larger would work better for me. I was so surprised when I tried them on and they fit perfectly with no discomfort to my toe.
