As someone that tends to run hot, it ’s the perfect thickness for a bit of warmth but not something you have to take off once you get a little active. I ’ m a 5 ’ 10 205lb fella and this fits me perfectly in a large. However if you ’ re looking to add something under I would suggest sizing up a wee bit.
