This is the 1st time I have this `` add- on '' and what I love the most is that I can put it on and off without anyone's help. With the regular pads, I always needed help because I ca n't twist and turn to place them correctly on my lower back. This belt is awesome!

This belt really helps my low back. I got the right size so I 'm happy. You do n't have to have all the sticky units so it makes it a lot easier to use.

I live alone and have multiple back issues. I bought it because I can ’ t place pads on my back without help. It works like a charm! One caveat is that you do need to invest in an electrode gel. The pads in the belt worked without gel at first but I am a heavy user and after a while the contact just wasn ’ t there. It ’s not much expense but makes for better contact and better electrical stimulation.
