Works amazingly well! I have several Trigger Point products, however, this one rises above the rest! Due to its size and construction it quite effectively targets harder to access spots. In enables deep tissue rolling/self massage. The three modes are nice but I have found the first level of vibration to be strong enough in most circumstances. Directions are incorrect how they indicate if device is actively charging or fully charged. Directions state there is an orange LED by charging port. This is incorrect, there are 2 LED ’s only on opposite side by the on/off switch. The one furthest on right blinks blue to indicate charging, it becomes solid blue when fully charged. The 3 LED ’s also indicate what charge level has been set, 1, 2 or 3, although this is obvious. Minor issue for user confusion but would certainly not sway me from recommending this product.

I bought this ball at Dicks about a year ago. And i have yet to use it for my feet! Little did i know what this little wonder could do for my hands!!! I work with my hands always, and the stress and strain can be brutal. Gripping, pulling, pushing all day can take its toll. I 've actually gone to one of those mall,( asian) massage business's just to get hand massages. And they were great, but wondered why i would just go in just for my hands. Long story short, my wife and i walked in to a Dicks looking for a massage hook. Then she noticed and picked up this ball and asked if i 'd seen one like this. [ This Calming Cozy is so nice to use after a busy day. The massaging heating wrap is easy to use with the controller. I unzip the cozy and place my feet and legs inside and rest my feet. I then zip up the cozy and plug in the controller. I set the heat and the level of vibration and just sit back and relax with a nice book. The vibration shuts off automatically after fifteen minutes and the heat shuts off automatically after two hours. The cozy is very comfortable with a nice warm sherpa lining that gives this heating wrap such a nice soft luxurious feel. I love that there are three heat settings and massage modes. I need one of these for every member of my household! I have been using it on my neck and my son noticed it and asked to use it going to bed!
