Good bat with tons of pop and big sweet spot. It ’s extremely balanced compared to any 28/18 composite on his team. It ’s slightly heavier than the 2024 model, but less than an oz difference. Biggest take away is that it ’s hotter than 2024 model on exit velocity, but isn ’ t as forgiving on miss hits and rattles the hands a lot more.

[ This bat is the hottest out of the wrapper of any bats I or any of my friends have ever had. The first time I used this bat was in Cooperstown and I got on almost all of my at bats including some home runs. On the way back to the dugout after the first home run I said “ this bat has the most pop out of any bat I have used ”. I hit 4 home runs in Cooperstown and I am more of a contact than home- run hitter. I would recommend this bat to everyone because of the immense pop it has.

I switched my 8 y/o from a composite hype fire to this mid- season for travel ball, 8u. Although this is heavier(- 10 vs- 12), he hit the ball harder with it and I feel it had more pop for him. I honestly do not believe many smaller coach pitch players have the bat head speed in their swing to get the full benefit from a composite bat. My closest Dick's just happened to have 1 left in stock in his size so I grabbed it and I am glad I did. If he does n't outgrow it, he will use it next year in 9u.

Purchased this bat for my 8yr old he loves it and his batting has been phenomenal. This bat has a sweetspot, and the barrel is great. far most this has been the best bat I have purchased for him. I will continue to purchase this bat if they comeout with a different design, my son is hitting mega bombs with this bat. He was n't doing that with the hype fire or the Bonesaber.

I brought this as a surprise bat for my kid and to steer different from all the other same bats the kids are using. Needless to say my son loves it and so do all the other kids on the team. Think they 're all trying to go talk their parents into purchasing the victus.

Recently purchased for 11yo. This bat is hot. Went from Louiville Meta to this and it ’s night and day. Cheaper than Demarini Zoa Glitch which this looks very similar to. This sounds and hits like the Marucci CatX single piece alloy for half the price. I ’ m genuinely impressed. Victus made a great bat and I think I ’ ll be trying some of their other products.

Got this bat for my son to use on his travel team. There is another kid on their team who got the fire, my son hits further than him with the Vibe. Very impressed with this bat, all the kids on his team are asking to use it. My son said it is very comfortable to hold as well. Highly recommend, you wo n't be disappointed!

When selecting a youth USSSA baseball bat, consider factors such as the bat's length and weight, which should match the player's size and strength. Additionally, look for the bat's barrel diameter and material, as these can affect performance and feel. It's also important to check the bat's drop weight, which influences swing speed and control.
Youth USSSA baseball bats are typically made from aluminum, composite, or a combination of both materials. Aluminum bats are known for their durability and consistent performance, while composite bats often provide a larger sweet spot and better vibration dampening. Each material has its advantages, so consider the player's preferences and playing style when making a choice.
To find the right bat size for your child, measure their height and weight, as these factors can help guide you to the appropriate length and weight of the bat. Generally, younger players may benefit from lighter bats that allow for easier swing control. Many manufacturers provide sizing charts that can assist in selecting the best option based on these measurements.
Drop weight refers to the difference between the bat's length in inches and its weight in ounces. A higher drop weight indicates a lighter bat, which can help younger players generate faster swing speeds. Conversely, a lower drop weight means a heavier bat, which may provide more power but can be harder to control. Choosing the right drop weight depends on the player's strength and skill level.
When evaluating youth USSSA baseball bats for performance, look for features such as a larger sweet spot, balanced swing weight, and good grip. Some bats may also offer advanced technologies for improved energy transfer and reduced vibration on contact. These features can enhance a player's hitting experience and overall performance on the field.
Youth USSSA baseball bats come in various types designed for different skill levels, including beginner, intermediate, and advanced players. Beginners may benefit from lighter, more forgiving bats that enhance control, while more advanced players might prefer bats with larger barrels and optimized performance features. It's essential to match the bat type to the player's experience and confidence level.
