I gifted this smart timepiece to myself after returning the purchase of GOOGLE Pixel 3 for defects unexpectedly. I never had a smartwatch, fit but or any type of tech watch because I always believed a `` watch is a watch '' lol... however, March 2025, GARMIN made me a believer. The easy set up, the advanced health and fitness tracking with a user- friendly design and long battery life. I appreciate its accurate heart rate tracking, particularly during strength training, and its ability to monitor various metrics like sleep stages and blood oxygen. The Venu 3 also offers a good balance of smartwatch features, including notifications, calls, and text messaging.

I have had two Fitbit smart watches and the sensors on the bottom fell off and they just did not have the features that the Garmin has. What an incredible smart watch and my spouse has an Apple smart watch and there is absolutely no comparison between the other two brands. This smart watch is awesome!

Got the Venu 3 a few weeks ago, then was hearing things about the vivoactive 6. Returned the venu 3 to get the vivoactive 6 since it was cheaper and they had very similar features, and did not like it. The battery on the vivoactive 6 wouldn ’ t last a full day and some of the features were missing on the actual watch. Ended up returning that and getting the venu 3 again, I love it so much literally has everything you need in a watch when it comes to everyday wear plus fitness& health tracking and battery life is amazing compared to my Apple watch. I have a small wrist but chose the venu 3 instead of 3s, it fits perfectly and I love the bigger watch face.

Bought as an alternative to an Apple Watch and have been happy with it. I find it more intuitive and it blends in with the Garmin ecosystem well. I have an edge device for cycling and the combination is better for me than the Apple device. Battery life is excellent.

Triathlon training, there's nothing like this watch! Has all the capabilities you 'd need and many more. Connects to training peaks workouts and battery life is insane. 95%- 70% in 1. 5 days.

The large watch face is nice. It's comfortable to wear and it seems real accurate.

I use my Garmin Forerunner 965 every day and provides great data on running, sleeping, and general well being. My Garmin Forerunner 965 holds its charge for around twenty days so there is never any stress to find a charger. I 'd recommend this product for beginners or experts. When paired with the Garmin Connect app the Garmin Forerunner 965 provides personalized training recommendations. For example when running it will give you a daily recommendation and even a path that it will direct you to follow.

I previously had a Forerunner 745 for ~5yrs. The Forerunner 965 has been an awesome replacement& upgrade! I 'm 5' 5 '' 125lb and the watchface is n't too big- though I would n't want to go any bigger. The battery life has been excellent! I have mostly used the run, trail run, treadmill, ski and backcountry ski activities so far. No issues to report. If I were to add a function, I would love a little flashlight like the Fenix has.

I got this one to replace my 955 solar. The battery life is exceptional, I used it with music for a 50k and only used 30% of the battery. light weight and comfortable, barely notice I am wearing it.

Duane D.
My Forerunner 45 was no longer holding its charge through a full marathon, so I updated to the Forerunner 55. It has everything I need to train at an affordable price. You can get more bells and whistles in a higher grade, pricier model, but if you do n't need it, this garmin will do fine: I have it set up to give heart rate, current pace, distance, overall pace, and in lap distance and in lap pace. I have to look at options to see if there is an elevation ascent widget I can add in. My next marathon has more climbing profile than my typical marathon, so I 'm trying to train to specific uphill needs.

The watch does everything I need in a fitness tracker. It gives accurate readings and works for several days on a single charge. It integrates with Strava easily. My only complaint is that it seems to struggle with recording sleep data accurately, but even that is comparable to other smart watches.

I was a long time Apple Ultra watch user and recently switch over to the Garmin Forerunner 265. I wish I would have done this a long time ago. I love all of the data that is collected and displayed on the Garmin Connect app. The GPS is the most accurate recordings I ’ ve ever seen. Watch is light weight and battery is amazing.

If you want a watch that can track any activity and has a battery last for weeks look no further. This watch does it all, with accurate GPS tracking and long battery life it is perfect for my uses. I mainly use it for running and cycling and its amazing. While this has all the bells and whistles it is definetley meant for the more serious consumer. It may be too much for the beginner with the price.

Jeremy S
The battery life is great on it, using this watch for all around activities but tracking your runs are great, I love that the screen is pretty much unbreakable and that the bezel doesn ’ t catch too much light causing glare. Very simple to use out the box, and recommended to set it up on the app for a quicker and easier set up. Don ’ t think about buying it. Just buy it. Did my research and the cheapest place I found it was on here.

This watch has everything you could want, however the basics are really tough to access. The default setup is basically option overload. This watch was a delightful upgrade to my previous Garmin watch. I didn ’ t need to replace my previous watch, but after getting the Fenix for my husband at Christmas, I wanted this watch. I run, walk, weightlift, do yoga, swim, Sup—you name it. I love the ability to see how I slept, suggested workouts, etc upon waking.

I am a busy mother of three teen boys, and I try to stay as fit as possible while working and running kids around. This watch allows me to stay on target with my sleep and fitness goals. Fantastic multisport/multipurpose watch. It tracks my runs, swims, and rides and easily integrates with 3rd party apps like Strava, Final Surge, Training Peaks, etc. Keeps me connected with notification messages when I am out and about. It has a ton of advance features, so many that I ca n't keep track, but I highly recommend it for tracking your training progress!

I went from a 7 y/o Garmin Instinct to the Fenix 7S Pro Sapphire Solar Edition. What made me take the leap was the multisport/adventure racing features and the solar component, in addition, it helped it was on sale for like 30% off:). I 've been an outdoor sports and racing person( water, mountains, adventure, IM, etc) for over 30 years. In addition to professional coaching for over 25 yrs. I like things simple, so I stuck with my Instinct until the lure of the Fenix could not be denied. It has been the best decision, the number of features that you can actually use are amazing. It is not a hard watch to learn, you just need to take the time to look into each sub and sub sub and sub sub sub category but again, it gives you a lot of insights of data that you can actually use.

Upgraded from the 6x pro solar. Worth it... flash light! Love how easy it is to use and how handy it is to have a flashlight on you at all times. Touch screen is nice, still getting used to it. I 've had the Fenix series since 2016 and I am used to the button system. Would recommend upgrade to anyone.

I bought this watch couple weeks ago upgrading from a Fenix 6X pro sapphire. I was a little bit concerned about it being too bright at night and the battery life due to The AMOLED screen, but after a few weeks of wearing it, all my concerns are gone. Though the battery life is Shorter, I still get about six days from a full charge. The screen is amazing and so much placing into the eye. My original thought was to get the 8 but for the price difference, I decided to go with this one. Honestly, I could not justify the price difference and this has all the features that I need as I am not a diver… I use it for tracking HRV, heart rate, VO2 Max, sleep and performance mainly in running, swimming and biking byt do other sports… Garmin always knocks it out of the park for me.

Carson W
This is my third Garmin watch and probably my eighth Garmin product, I purchased it to replace a fenix 5 that had finally died. Definitely an upgrade, tons of new features and apps in a familiar and user friendly design. There are a bunch of YouTube videos out there that give in depth overviews and compare the fenix 7X to other watches in Garmins lineup, I would encourage anyone interested to watch them. Even if the Fenix 7X pro is n't what you are looking for, Garmin probably makes a watch that is.
5
Brittany K
Been wearing everyday since I got it. No complaints, still learning functions. Appreciate the sleep/activity tracking and recovery suggestion/coaching. The data seems to be fairly accurate based on how I feel and what the data shows. Best part is not having to charge everyday like I was the Apple Watch.
$899.99
It would be nice to have mobility added to the drop down list as an activity and also to be able to create the name of the exercise. ... So if you 're reading this as a current AW user but someone who is active in fitness or cares about their health& wellness, Garmin might be an option for you

I bought this watch as an upgrade from a Vivioactive 3. I was a little intimidated by all of the features, but after a few days of working with it, I fell in love with it. I like the `` good morning '' feature which gives me notes about my sleep and other data. It's light and not huge like the Fenix watches, which is important to me. It gives me all of the data I could ever want or need. The display is bright and very readable. If you are an avid 5k, 10k Saturday jogger who likes to listen to music while they exercise, this watch is for you

I bought the Garmin forerunner 165 music because of my frustration with the major “ fruit ” brand I ’ ve been wearing having terrible battery life! The watch is so packed with features it is diffuse to know if I am fully utilizing it. This is my first Garmin and a multi year Apple Watch user. Solely battery capacity makes this watch superior. I have been wearing for 3 weeks. Haven ’ t really used the maps much, which was my primary reason for getting this model. Probably could have gone with the Instinct 2 or 3. Seems like functionality is the mostly the same, minus mapping. But again I am still learning the watch.

I 've only had this watch for a few weeks, so I have n't had a chance to really test it, but so far, I am very pleased with it. I plan to use this watch to record bicycle trips instead of my older Edge 820. The Epix has profiles for a number of different activities. My main interests are walking/hiking, kayaking, and cycling. My older Garmin Vivoactive 4 did not have a specific kayaking activity; I found this mildly annoying. Now I do n't have this problem since the Epix has a specific kayaking activity.

[ Bought this last month. First of, MJ was great in replacing the first unit I received, which had clearly been used( likely prior buyer had returned it after wearing it). The unit I received as replacement has been phenomenal. Very user- friendly, awesome battery life, and what is impressing me so far is that Coros is very actively improving its features. Just this week they started rolling out turn- by turn navigation. While music functionality is somewhat limited right now( only storage of MP3s on the watch itself I have no doubt this will keep getting better as well. But even if not this watch will serve me very well for running, cycling, swimming, indoor rowing, and many other things for years to come.

[ i did my homework before i bought the Coros Apex 2 watch, so i thought i knew what to expect when it arrived a few weeks ago. i expected the battery life to be longer than most watches that this compares to. i expected that the Apex 2 would have all the features i needed as an avid mountain biker. this watch is more than that. the watch is lighter and more compact than i thought it would be. i am not sure how they are able to provide the functions and battery life in a smaller lighter package. i definitely have no regrets with this watch and i look forward to all the adventures that i will take it on with me.

[ Great watch. It ’s not too big. It ’s comfortable to wear to sleep. Creating routes on it is easy, though the map is a little hard to see. I ’ ve had it for a couple weeks and I like all the data it provides with regard to quantifying exercise volume, recovery, and optimal levels of activity. As a personal trainer training for several athletic pursuits, it ’s helping me track my recovery. It ’s inspiring me to take my sleep more seriously. I ’ m still learning how to use some of the advanced features. I no longer carry my phone hooked up to my HRM when I exercise. Anyway.. lots of positive changes to my life after finally biting the bullet and getting a smart watch. I am now curious if I could have tolerated the bulkiness( in addition to the higher price tag) of the higher end model. But no regrets. Get this watch.

[ I absolutely love this watch! The battery life is amazing-- I only have to charge it once every two weeks, and I usually use it every day for activities that are 1- 2 hours long. The GPS has worked great, though I have n't tested it out on routes that might have reduced signal. There is no 'mountain bike' activity, though the regular 'ride' activity works perfectly fine for mountain bike rides. I really like that you can customize the watch face for each activity. Overall, great watch! Highly recommend!

[ Extremely useful for such a minimalist design with a robust battery life. Lightweight, low profile yet it has an incredible battery life with pinpoint GNSS accuracy delivered by a chipset that supports dual band satellite fixes. The Coros app by far is the best making route building and reviewing post work metrics easier than ever. Additionally, app doubles as either an interactive topo map during activities like hiking or trail running, but on indoor activities like spinning or treadmill running the app becomes real- time stat screen that is customizable by the user. The generation of Coros watches: Pace 3 and Pace Pro really deliver substantive features that are insightful to improving and refrains from producing questionable gimmicks like “ wellness ” metrics that have never been validated by a third party or university researchers. Plus Coros( and Apple) are probably the only company( ies) that are delivering routine updates& upgrades to their previous gen devices so you are not constantly compelled to buy the latest generation. Plus Coros releases model of a series every 3 years.

I haven ’ t worn my Apple Watch since I got the S70. That ’s how good it is. Loaded with great features for golf and everyday use. Can ’ t say enough about how much I love the watch but the Garmin Golf App is terrible. It looks like Garmin came up with this app sometime around 2005 and hasn ’ t updated it since. Visually unappealing and so clunky to use. My biggest gripe is not being able to go back in and fix yardage mistakes. For example it does a good job with shots leading up to the greens but once there it kind of just guesses where your approach shot landed. When you edit the shot later, you can ’ t move it to where it actually ended up. There ’s a “ edit distance ” button but it doesn ’ t do anything. This can throw off your club distance averages by 20- 30 yards. Come on Garmin, catch up to the other shot tracking apps out there. You have a fantastic watch product matched up with garbage software.

This is the second review I 'm submitting on the Instinct 2. This is the absolutely best watch I 've bought to support my golf game and maintain health statistics. It is easy to use and easy to read. Great watch.

I really love the Instinct 2. Wish the standard edition came in Jet Black, but there are a lot of band options. Great job Garmin.

obviously, as will most Garmin items, this watch comes with lots of bells and whistles already turned on. After setting the watch up to they way you want it, it's even better. Got the watch about 2 weeks ago. Ran some training and finished a marathon already. Love this thing, and I had a Fenix 5 prior to this that lasted me 6 years and multiple marathons.

Had it for about 1 months. Nice features and able to change almost anything if desired. Definitely need to spend time studying as it is a not so intuitive set up, but very doable. Solar charging is over hyped by Garmin and offers little unless you park the watch in the sun and leave it for a few hours. But, overall, I like the watch alot and would buy it again.

I ’ ve had it for a month now and love it. It ’s everything I wanted and nothing I didn ’ t. Large enough display, battery lasts a long backpacking or mountaineering trip, plus. I don ’ t use it for maps so that was not an issue. I ’ m very happy I bought this one!

They 've also done a great job in the sleet and freezing rain we 've had, they continue to keep my hands warm in that type of weather. ... I like these gloves because they 're warm without being bulky and I love that I can use my phone with them

I ’ ve had a pair of these Flurry Sensor gloves for well over five years. I commute on bike in near zero degree Rocky Mountain winters and they are warmer than my heavy duty gloves I ski with( Kinkos, Marmot big mountain). I ’ d wear these on the slopes if they had some kind of outer layer.
5
RobC
Definitely toasty with a nice grip. I actually got the gloves to use after winter paddling for loading my surf ski or sup onto the car. After paddles, I 'm usually wet and a tad cold so the gloves have helped with keeping my fingers warm and flexible without losing grip of my gear.

[ To begin, I have the navigational ability of a drunk 10 year old. After getting a little too turned around in the BWCA on my last trip I decided I prefer my canoe adventures without heckling from wife and we settled on purchasing this bad boy! Easy to use and durable. Battery life is a big plus too as I had this thing on and open most of the time on all of our paddles across big water. It gave me the peace of mind I needed by making it virtually impossible to get lost out there. The Garmin BWCA overlay maps are totally worth it too if you are thinking about it. Going places is easy, knowing where they are is hard. 11/10 would buy again.

PhilAK
[ I bought this as an upgrade from a etrex 20. Mostly used for geocaching and backpacking it does the job extremely well. It plays well with Expert GPS.

Salt Boy
[ I bought the eTrex 32x last month. I especially like the 'tracks' feature where I can see exactly the path I have just traveled. This feature has been really helpful on BLM land where their might be many crisscrossing off road dirt paths. Finding the correct ones that you took previously is critical. The tracks feature makes it easy. This GPS is also super accurate. In my initial test I took it on a walk with my dog. Looking back at the tracks I could see where I walked on the sidewalk vs. on the road vs the other side of the road( single lane road). Overall a great little GPS. The only downside is that the screen seems a little small, but that is what you get when you purchase a small unit for outdoor use.

david
[ So far, this little unit seems like a great item. Battery life appears good so far, and it has preloaded maps that will work for most. Once I got used to the programs to make maps, paths and such.. I was able to put together a very good set up for an up coming trip. The bad or expected if you already know about GPS's. They are built on like a decade's old tech and they function like a flip phone. These day's most people have their phone on them and generally it works better if you have planned ahead to throw on a ton of downloaded maps, have a ruggedized case and super long battery life. I personally bought this because on a recent trip, we got a bit off of the map we had. We had a general idea where we were going but I had to try to bring up my phone a few times to get maps and positioning. It was lucky that we were on a hill in a bald so I could get signal at all. long story short, my phone battery took a hit and we got lucky that we were able to find the appropriate maps and got back on course. This light weight device will allow me to get my position, look at local trails and measure distance. That's worth the money and the weight.

I love these, they are the perfect thickness just slightly warmer/thicker than my OR Vigor Lightweight gloves, and just slightly thinner than my OR Vigor Mid- Weight gloves. I love these, ended up buying a second pair in black as well. These are just right for hiking/hunting in the winter. Great dexterity, nice fit, and the sensor tips actually work really well with my iPhone. These are my new favorite gloves.

Thumb is stiched about a half inch too long for me and the pointer finger is definitely tight and will cut off circulation. They do however keep my hands warm enough when I am out running.
4
Travis B
They keep your hands warm down to about 20F, while blocking out wind. Thin enough to still manipulate a firearm. The thumb is a bit longer than I like but this may be a me problem.

The reflective border is a nice touch too. ... I really like that it has a zipper so everything is secure. ... The band itself was roomy and fit my galaxy phone with the smaller version otter

[ This arm band is a great option for your phone and essentials, and works well when you 're in bad weather. The zipper ensures items inside stay dry, and there's an extra pocket behind your phone for cards, keys etc.
5
VickyA
[ This smartphone arm band is the perfect size for not only your larger phones but to also carry some other essentials like your keys, card, gels, snacks, etc. It's snug and stays in place, it's not too bulky and feels pretty comfortable while running. I really like that it has a zipper so everything is secure. The clear window allowed for easy touch screen. Will definitely be using this when it rains since it's weather resistant and the reflective details are an added bonus.

Jbieniek
[ Great, solid case! I fit my iPhone13 with a case. It has a strong band, sturdy zipper, and pocket for cards/keys. Not only that, around the touch screen clear vinyl there ’s a reflective strip. Overall, a great armband.

pink.rabbit.go
[ This Smartphone Carrier is useful for workouts or going for a run. It has ample storage space to store your essentials, such as cell phone, keys, credit cards. I fit an iPhone XR( without case). I love that I am able to still use it without taking it out of the carrier. I can also store the phone in the central compartment area( with case) along with important IDs and cards in the back stash pocket. Being able to zip it up gives you peace of mind that nothing will fall out.
4
shirlsruns
[ It ’s big enough for big phones, and it has the room to still fit other things like a credit card, ID, and keys( which is convenient and I love the zipper that helps to ensure it stays in) … However with it ’s size, I also feel like it was too big for me because it felt like it took over my arm. It seemed to chafe me when I was running so I ’ m not sure if that ’s something I ’ m doing wrong or if the material just didn ’ t work with my skin. Overall, a good product!

First off, it's been a while since I 've had a smart watch, I believe a first gen Apple. This thing is amazing! I mainly wanted it to track fitness, as I 'm always concerned with using battery life on my phone for Strava, so having this has been a game changer. The battery life is crazy good! And it seemlessy integrates with Strava, and even Apple Health. And, it tells time too! There are so many functions this thing can do that I 'm not even aware of, but just being able to track fitness, check emails and texts, and see what time it is without having to pull my phone out of my pocket has been a game changer. It's been great so far...

I received my fenix7 as a gift and have been so impressed with the design, quality, an abundance of useful features. As a runner the recorded data is useful in planning future runs and strategies. The gps is integral in mapping and planning runs, races, hikes and snowshoeing adventures.
