Perhaps the best backpack Nike has never made. Within a span of 4 years I ’ ve collected two with a third on the way. Well engineered and stitched together. I ’ ve use it as a personal carry bag, hauled it through congested city streets on two continents and multiple cities and even used a gym bag with all sorts of gear and at most two pairs of shoes comfortably. The side pockets can hold two 32 ounce vacuumed sealed water bottles without any issues. The top small pocket intended for sunglasses has enough ample space for additional items like headphones and a case for glasses. Fully loaded I ’ ve ever had one of these backpacks is at most 45 pounds. Shoulder straps are wide and really comfortable. The adjustability of the shoulder straps is effortless. The addition of the sternum strap gave more stability for heavier loads. The MOLLE style attachment points makes this bag even more versatile to add more items to the face and sides of this bag and has came in clutch many times over. It ’s over built enough for many years of extensive use. They ’ re a bunch of key features I ’ m forgetting but overall you can not go wrong with this bag. Definitely worth it ’s weight in gold!

The bottle holders on both sides can hold a 40 oz metal bottle and are so deep, the bottles will not fall out. Ultra durable. Had this a couple of months and just took my first trip. I bought a pair of ski boots and checked them with my luggage. On my return trip I was worried they would get banged up so a light bulb went off. Could I possibly fit two huge size twelve ski boots in my Peak design. Holy crap. They fit like a glove. As if they were designed for the bag. Bonus, I said hmmmm. I wonder if I can use the straps to tie my helmet to the outside. boom works perfectly. And I also put my tech bag, lap top, iPad, kindle, head phones, goggles, etc in the bag and I need even need to expand to 45 liters. I also bought the sling bag which I carry in the bag and use as a day pack, it takes up zero room in the bag. Oh and I am still finding little compartments I did n't know where there. THERE IS NOT OTHER BAG ON THE MARKET AS GOOD AS THIS. Oh, I know I am a bag junky and I own all the others as well.

Once I examined the bag and opened all the organizational pockets I was impressed to say the least. First off, the material Neoprene is so soft but yet holds its form. Besides all the great pockets, there is a shoe bag to store your shoes inside the main compartment and also a smaller bag to hold items that you wish. I purchased my foldsack because I have a High Coast 18 that I absolutely adore but needed a rest. When I saw this pack for the first time, I knew I had to have it! The first thing that I gravitated towards was the zipper closure combined with the fold over hook. Which was a great feature because I use my pack for just about everything so this comes in handy if I fill my pack to the brim and need extra security. It is waterproof and Eco friendly... game changer! I am 5' 2 so I thought it would look huge on my back but it looks similar to my 18L. I am in love with all the color options but I chose Rowan Red which is close to a deep orange. I 'll still take my High Coast 18 on treks but this High Coast Foldsack 24 is riding shotgun from now on.
