This is a very solid product. The software had a few issies but the recent update fkxed a counting issue. The product is quiet and i shut it off when i am not using it to conserve power. I have doem 3 worjouts a week for last to months. I love the consistancy of the resistance. I have been having echelon reach out and asked to share feedbsck which i requested music integration. Thought classes could be more fun with music, but honestly i play music on my radio( sonos) whwn i workout. Since i got the product there has been many skftware updates. I really like the added features and updated classes adding regulary.

The Echelon comes with a bunch of attachments, which is awesome. The straight bar, ankle straps, and different handles give tons of variety. BUT. Storing all this stuff is a pain. The Trekpad is very simple to use and completely avoids gym membership which is challenging during winter in Maine. I like the readouts which provide a variety of information throughout the workout. I broke one minor piece getting the treadmill out of the box, so I will be calling Sunny H& F to see if they can send me another arm rest. I am a 71 year old female in fairly good shape. I love this machine! I 've been using it for a couple of weeks. Assembly was n't too bad but definitely much easier with two of us. Directions were very easy to follow. Took about an hour start to finish, and we were really glad we did n't pay someone to do it. It does n't take much space, which is great as I have it in my living room! It is a good workout, but not so hard that I could n't do it. Took a few days to get my stride on it, but now that I have it, I do 20 minutes in the morning, and 20 at night. I 'm only doing it as the lowest level on the manual setting but hoping to work up to a more challenging workout in time. But even if I never progress from where I 'm at, it still will be a good workout for this old lady!

I bought this gym NEW in 2001. It came with the Leg Press Station, and I added the MH30 Multi Hip Flexor Station, and bought the Body Solid Dip Station Tower as a separate free standing piece. The one station that I never felt really comfortable with was the Pectoral station. It always seemed awkward for me. I Loved, loved, loved the MH30 multi hip flexor station, though, just the best! The chest press was wonderful, especially loved it for mid rows. Very versatile for a lot of adjustments for a lot of exercise movements. My favorite was the late bar, bars and the triceps exercise that could be done there. Before buying I had looked around for about a year, trying gyms in the various fitness stores. I believe that I made the best choice for me with the Body Solid exm. 3000 LPS. A couple of neighbors helped to put it together for me, I added the MH30 about a week later, myself. I also used a couple of strength stretch bands with it, that I would loop around the upright of the Peck- Abdominal station.( I also really loved the ab- station, it really worked well for me) The bar on the floor for bracing feet for the low- row was also good to stand on for `` heel raises '' for developing the calves and ankles. There are so many more exercises that can be done with this gym machine that are shown with the brochures and poster that comes with it. It is also easy to clean and maintain, and after 15 years of daily use it still looked like new! I had a lot of admirers for this gym, which I had on the main floor of my house. Sadly, it had so many admirers that someone stole it from me this past December. A heartbreak. I would LOVE to get the same gym again, but unfortunately the hip flexor MH30 attachment/station is no longer made for this gym. The closest would be to get the G2B by Body Solid, which comes with its own small hip flexor attachment. The rest of the gym is not even close. Or, the next option would be to buy a separate Body Solid Pro Club SMH- 1500/2g for the hip flexor station... and buy a new or used Body Solid 3000 LPS. The Body Solid 3000LPS is the way to go, if you can find a used one with the MH30 Hip Flexor with it, grab it up, it is well worth it, and who knows... it MIGHT the one that was well used and loved by me!

This is a small and lightweight unit. I can easily move it from home to work. This fits easily under my desk. This device was not what I expected. It has multiple modes that go forward and then backward. It is motorized but does not offer resistance levels or ability to speed up. I would recommend this for anyone that sits for long hours and just wants to move legs for better circulation. It ’s not comparable to the indoor bicycles. It does make noise if you are in a meeting. But it ’s not horribly loud until it reverses direction. Direction changes are at set intervals, but feel abrupt if your peddling fast and no t paying attention. I really do like it and it helps me keep moving while working for long hours.

I should have done more research before buying. This bike is not pedal assist at all. The motor is basically useless as it does not provide any assistance while pedaling. If you have your feet on the pedals but do n't pedal, it does not move no matter what level you are on.. I ordered for my wife who has bad knees and was hoping it would assist her in pedaling but unfortunately it does n't. It will work for her somewhat but it's not what i thought it would be. With that said we will probably keep it. I did give 4 stars though. because it was my mistake for not doing my homework. If you are looking for a pedal assist bike however, this is not.
