Its the same type of leg press Arnold used in the golden age, and its impossible to use the same amount of weight as you do on other leg presses. I can use 1200 for high reps at the gym i rarely go above 350 on this.... lol. its slightly similar to a hack squat... it isolates the quads and uses little hip. 1 month review- I 'm a long time runner& biker yet also a parent of 4 kids, so more and more I 'm loving the idea of exercising at home. This is the only outdoor- oriented product of its kind that I could find and it's built like the sturdy outdoor equipment at nearby parks. I 'm 6 '' 2 and 175 lbs. I 'm a motivated noobie and am pleased with its stability. I can grab onto the bar without jumping or over stretching, but I think I must bend my knees to hang or reach a full extension. After owning 2 indoor home pull up/dip stations, this one is the most sturdy and stable I have owned. I have it set up outside on my concrete back yard patio and it is stable enough for what I use it for that I do n't need to bolt it down. I lined the bottom with rubber garage door weather seal. I weigh 165 lbs. and use it regularly for weighted pull ups and dips, hanging leg/knee raises, toe to bar, windshield wipers, and oblique abdominal sit ups. However, if you plan on performing any plyometric exercises on it that require you to change your grips mid- air, then you should definitely bolt it down. As for the height, I 'm 5'10 '' and it works fine for me. If you 're over 6 feet, it might seem short if you do hanging leg/knee raises or pull ups( you would have to keep your knees bent). The only minor issues I had was that the shipping box came pretty beat up and some of the pieces came with a few scratches/chips. Also, the black caps were the only pieces that did n't seem to fit `` perfectly. '' They fit okay, but they kind of pop out a little occasionally. The diameter of the pull up bar is thicker than the typical ones you find in gyms and parks, which makes it more challenging, but I consider that a good thing. Keep in mind, this product does not have bars for neutral grip pull ups. The directions were clear and assembly was easy( all of the pieces/bolts fit well, I was able to hand tighten everything at first and then used the allen key to tighten everything at the end). As the directions say, do n't tighten anything until the last step. Overall, I 'm very satisfied with the product. I no longer need to lug my pull/dip chain belt and weight vest to the park to do my workouts and I can keep it outside with taking up indoor space.

It's hard to find a reasonably priced exercise bike that does n't require an online subscription, has built- in programs, and automatically adjusts the resistance. This one checks all those boxes. I just received this Body- Solid Leverage Squat machine Wednesday. It only took two days to be delivered. It comes in two boxes. One is long, contains the main frame pieces, and weighs around 100lbs. The other is fairly square and weighs around 70lbs. It took a number of hours to assemble, made worse by the minimalist instructions. All that is provided are parts and hardware lists, and blow ups of the parts and what goes where. I 'm used to having many different pages, with each focusing on a few areas at a time. It is what it is. With that being said, once together, this thing is built like a tank. It is an absolute blast to do correct form and safe squats on this gem. The value for the money is off the charts. I highly recommend this piece for anyone's home gym. Pure excellence.

Since I live locally, I was able to just drive up and pick it up myself. The build took me about 2 hours and overall it is high quality and very sturdy. It does n't wobble when I lift or do pull- ups and the optional Lat Pulldown attachment I ordered works great. My one gripe would be the. 8 inch holes that are drilled into the 2X2 tubing. Most standard accessories use 1 inch holes, so I 'll have to wait for Sunny Fitness to release additional attachments( dip bars, landmine, etc.) in the future in order to get more out of the product. _x000D_ _x000D_ Still, it's a great piece of equipment for the price.

What an unbelievable value. This rack is rated for 1000 lbs, has good space and feels very stable. The 1000 lbs capacity is more than plenty. I can work up to 400 lb deadlift, 280 squat, 220 bench press without any issues. I purchased the lat pull down attachment and have been very satisfied.

The assembly was more complicated than I expected( it took me an hour to get it fully out of the box and assembled), but it was worth it once I got the whole machine together. I was only able to do 2 minutes on it my first time and my thighs had a good burn going! I also felt it in my lats, shoulders, biceps, and my core a bit, just after 2 minutes on it. I like that you can adjust the resistance and the seat easily. I have n't tried the resistance band cables yet, but I 'm looking forward to it to target my inner and outer thighs like it shows in the video. This machine does n't feel like a beginner machine- I work out already, and like I said, after just 2 minutes on resistance 3, I had to take a break and my legs were burning! If you 're a beginner, you may have to work up to being able to be on it for several minutes at a time. It gets your heart pumping, too!

Working remotely and sometimes sitting up to 10 hours a day, needed some thing to use when I ’ m not able to take the dog out for long walks. I broke four vertebrae a few years ago on slush so when it ’s cold and snowy, I ’ m staying indoors. Squats hurt my knees after a bit so I tried this. I absolutely love it! Delivery was super fast and well packed, booklet a little confusing, so I found assembly online which helped. If you look at both ends of the wires, you will see which side is the connector clip that you need. That was my hold up but I put it together myself in about 15 minutes. Since you are not supposed to use it longer than 15 minutes at a stretch, I jump on it in the morning and the evening and only do about five minutes each time. Within a couple of days, I felt a difference and that tiny bit of cellulite my thighs were getting starting to fade. It ’s only been a week. And I ’ m 63. This sits in the corner of my room and it ’s quiet. I prefer the one with the handle and I could set my phone in the little holder if I want to use music. Highly recommend. Sometimes Amazon has a great deal on it. But I got the Smart stepper in black( I did not want the mini or one with arm bands, I, like the handlebar stability). My husband liked it too!

I love my new rower, Phantom Hydro from Sunny Health. I did so much research on something that gave you a good workout, that was sturdy and of great quality, really nice and simple. If you are looking for a standard EXERCISE bike without all the unnecessary- and more costly bells and whistles- then this is the bike for you! The only thing to note, I am about 5'10 '' and raised the seat as high as it will go, and I can probably still use an extra couple inches. So if you are taller, it might not work for you.

Since getting the STEPR Pro Classic, it's become my go- to cardio machine. I find myself using it way more than my treadmill because it's so much easier on my knees.
