I bought this for my daughter ’s school camping trip for the the last week of April so it was still relatively cold at night and early morning hours in the mountains of California. This bag was purchased a little over a month ago and I have used it twice on evenings in the low 40s and high 30s with great comfort while just wearing pj pants and a t- shirt. At 5' 5 '', size Regular and function has not been a concern. My decision to purchase this bag vs. another brand was based on positive experiences with TNF products since the 80s and once again I was not disappointed in any way.
