I bought this backpack for a hiking trip out West. It was the perfect size and came with a 2. 5 liter water bladder too. It ’s light enough to carry on long day hikes and has enough pockets to carry all the essentials. I loved it!

fantastic customer support, and a perfect hiking pack For picky daughter. We hid some of the Appalachian Trail in Virginia and it was ideal for her needs. Also caught it on a nice sale so it was reasonably priced felt good about the purchase. The associate that helped me was a younger man who had done a similar hike before with his family

It's a great size to bring a few extra things along for the day. It is a little large for just a single person on a day hike. If you 're like me and have to carry some of your girls things with you, it's the perfect size.

Works well. A bit difficult to get full water bladder in to it's pocket, could use a slightly larger opening for this. Very comfortable on back while riding. Overall, a very nice product.

I 've been purchasing Camelbak packs going on 16 years and now have at least one designated to each activity I do; running, MTB, Cycling, Hiking, and working outside. I would say I still love the fit and durability of each different style I have( the one I use for working outside is the first Rogue I purchased in 2008), and I 'm really happy Camelbak finally upgraded the bite valve design, but the added magnetic clip placement still needs a more permanent home to affix to on the shoulder strap or chest strap, or something. When the only place to affix it to is somewhere along the adjustable side of the chest strap it's just never in a constant place to mindlessly clip it back in. Otherwise, I 'm still a loyal and satisfied user.

I was looking for a lightweight hyrdation pack to use while cycling. This rig meets all of my requirements except for one... the process of getting rid of the plastic smell and taste of a new unit. Seems like Camelback could develop a consumer product or provide specific guidance on how to resolve this issue. I found several YouTube videos offering advice but none have worked completely yet. Otherwise, I am very pleased with the product.

Such a good bag, 100 oz of water is 4x my large yeti and the bag still has so much room I fit in an additional shoulder bag, snacks, some accessories and some green, and still had the half of the largest pouch not taken up by the water pouch. Bag is comfortable and stylish. Reservoir for water is incredibly well thought out and comes apart easily and in enough places that making sure the pack is dry after use is a breeze. Nice quality straps, small footprint and breathable materials means your back isn ’ t burning up. I ’ d say if you ’ re looking for a pack that will last you a long time and hold up as well as serve you well for carrying most if not all of the things you ’ ll need for 1/2 day hikes, you will be incredibly happy with this bag!

Saw this item in store and I immediately knew I had to buy it. I wanted a 3L camelback that was small and had pockets. This fit the picture perfectly. No leak issues, small and light. Had enough water for a good hike. It is pricey at 90$ but I felt more comfortable buying this after getting sketched out by Amazon reviews on other products.

Day Trippee
Nice size for my 9 year old son. He used it on our trip and the water capacity is large enough so that he never was thirsty on our hikes. Only drawback is that the pack does get heavy when all the water was filled. But the pockets and compartments make it easy to store snacks and some lightweight layers to increase its utility purpose.

I switched to CamelBak brand because buying a new bladder was almost the same cost as buying a whole new pack. Absolutely worth it! Great amount of pockets and the bladder is much more user friendly than my previous pack as well.

I grabbed this for cycling, but brought it this weekend on a trip to Red River Gorge. Brought it along on Saturday when we did an 11 mile hike in 90 degree heat and this thing saved the day. Enough water to keep both my fiancé and me moving. Without ice the water stayed cool for hours. Fit is super comfortable. Holds a ton of food, gear, and water. Build quality seems good. Great pack for the price. Really happy with the purchase.

This pack survived a week long bike trip from Cumberland, MD to Washington, DC AND a week's worth of daily abuse at Boy Scout Camp. It cleaned up nicely at the end and was no worse for the wear, a testament to Camelback's quality.

I bought this hydration vest to replace one that I had for a while and although it is a bit of a different stye, it is a great vest. It does n't boune and fits perfect. Love how much variety this pack offers! From the trail to the airport, this pack really does it all. I took this pack on a trip to California where I had to pack light, but needed to bring my work laptop and knew I 'd be doing some hiking. It was the perfect pack for the job! It was great for travel and fit everything I needed for a plane ride and easily transitioned to a hike once I got to my destination. It really has the perfect amount of pockets- I love the front `` shove it '' pocket and the interior mesh pocket to keep thing organized. It also has a small pocket on the inside for its rain cover( which is included!) which came in handy while I was on my trip! My favorite feature of the pack is the included water bladder with magnetic connection points that keeps the hydration hose secured to the backpack strap. I 've never had a pack/bladder with this and I 'm obsessed. This pack has very intentional and thoughtful features and I 'm stoked to have it in my gear arsenal. On top of the features, I love how stylish and clean the design on the pack is. This is now a go- to pack for me and I know I 'm going to get a ton of use out of it. Can not recommend this pack enough!

This bag perfect for any and all adventures. It provides just the right amount of space for extra layers, food, and all the necessities. The included rain cover is great, but the retract hydration system is my favorite. No more fussing with keeping the hose in place! This has become my go to bag for everything from commuting to the backcountry.

It's a convenient size for everything I need on hikes. I absolutely love the backpack. It is extremely durable and well- made and very well thought out. It has tons of storage, hip belt and the hydration bladder is a plus as this helps cut down on the bulk of multiple water bottles. It is easy to access things in the side pockets without taking the whole backpack off. It's lightweight and feels less bulky than my old hiking bag.

Love the size and color! I can not wait to use this once the weather warms up in Illinois. It is the perfect size for a 4- 6 hour hike. Material is durable as well. I gave this 5 stars because of the size and look so far. It may change after I first use it. Love the straps on the back so it stays in place as you are walking.

Not sure why all of the neg reviews on cleaning and use but this thing is very easy to dry out and works perfectly at 80 mph on a Harley you have to be smarter than the reservoir Yes hose when it's hot out gets very pliable but what product would n't just have to be smarter than the hose To clean 2 paper towels empty out the water then wipe out u can get around the hose attachment area and then once again for a almost complete dried out reservoir I then took a spaghetti spoon and stuck it inside to keep the reservoir open woke up the next morning and it was dried out Other than that most of you are on two feet I was on my Harley 10 states mostly 80 mph and it was flawless I truly do n't see myself needing to purchase a new one ever

When selecting a water backpack for biking, consider features such as capacity, hydration system, and comfort. Look for a pack that offers a sufficient reservoir size to keep you hydrated during your rides. Additionally, ensure it has adjustable straps and a breathable back panel for comfort during long rides.
Water backpacks for biking are typically made from durable, lightweight materials such as nylon or polyester, which can withstand outdoor conditions. Many packs also feature water-resistant coatings to protect the contents from moisture. Look for reinforced stitching and quality zippers to enhance durability.
Yes, many water backpacks for biking are designed specifically for long-distance rides. They often come with larger reservoirs and additional storage for essentials like snacks, tools, and personal items. Comfort features such as padded straps and ventilation systems also make them ideal for extended use.
Choosing the right size water backpack for biking depends on your hydration needs and the duration of your rides. For short rides, a smaller pack with a lower reservoir capacity may suffice, while longer rides may require a larger pack with more storage. It's important to ensure the pack fits comfortably and securely on your back.
Yes, many water backpacks for biking are designed to be versatile and can be used in various weather conditions. Look for packs with features like water-resistant materials and adjustable ventilation to keep you comfortable in both hot and rainy weather. However, it's always a good idea to check the specific features of the backpack to ensure it meets your needs.
