I brought this hook to try out for use in my Program Fishing with America's Finest which takes disabled Veterans out for a day of fishing in the everglades. As anyone knows good quality hooks are a little expensive and these were not cheap, but wanted to give them a try to see how they would perform for an average angler or beginner. It met my expectations, now I have to find donations to purchase these as I said they are not cheap but should save me on buying hooks as often.

The pics here are not correct. This is the pro bulletz in the pics. The finesse bullets do not have the big bulbous weight. But, these are great jig heads for fishing in weedy areas. I put a Z- Man Trick Shots Bad Shad on a 1/6 ounce size, and was slaying the bass at a local pond. Hooks are sharp, and the rig was able to get through most weeds easily. Only got hung up in some really heavy grasses a couple of times, but I was able to get out without losing, or even damaging, any tackle.

I bought this thinking it would be an obvious upgrade to the fimesse shroomz weedless jig head, especially when using larger baits like the big TRD. After using both versions, I prefer the finesse shroomz jig head. I find that it's easier to rig with elaztech than this model and gets hung up less on brush etc. That being said, if the finesse size is out of stock but this one is available, I will buy again. It is a stronger hook and would see that being beneficial fighting bigger bass.
