This machine suits my needs perfectly. It was inexpensive but great quality, easy to assemble, easy to use and it provides a great work out. Folded it has a really small footprint. When in use it requires about 60% of the space of an Elliptical and less than 50% of the space of a treadmill. I have had it for less than a month but I already used it more than I have used every other exercise machine turned clothes hanger that I have owned.

I purchased this 35- 1050D to tone my body. The equipment does n't take up a lot of space. It was easy to assemble. It is fun and easy to use!! I can already see and feel the results from utilizing my 35- 1050D in such a short period of usage. The assembly was more complicated than I expected( it took me an hour to get it fully out of the box and assembled), but it was worth it once I got the whole machine together. I was only able to do 2 minutes on it my first time and my thighs had a good burn going! I also felt it in my lats, shoulders, biceps, and my core a bit, just after 2 minutes on it. I like that you can adjust the resistance and the seat easily. I have n't tried the resistance band cables yet, but I 'm looking forward to it to target my inner and outer thighs like it shows in the video. This machine does n't feel like a beginner machine- I work out already, and like I said, after just 2 minutes on resistance 3, I had to take a break and my legs were burning! If you 're a beginner, you may have to work up to being able to be on it for several minutes at a time. It gets your heart pumping, too!

This machine is great. I have wanted an rowing machine now for well over a year. I found this one with the incorporated bike and it is awesome. The manual gives so many more options of exercises outside of what you would expect. And it folds up to about 3 feet long which is great to save space. Sorry I waited so long but I found the perfect exercise machine.

We have had our recumbent/rower for 2 weeks now and I just love it. We ordered it on a Saturday and it was delivered on that following Thursday. My husband had no trouble at all putting it together. I am amazed at how quite it is, I have had both of my feet operated on a year ago and was needing something that I could use that I would n't have to stand up on and this is perfect for me. I can exercise in the privacy of my home and I can watch TV while I ride my bike and row. I would highly recommend this to anyone that wants to get a complete upper and lower workout.
