Great quality for uniform shorts. I measured our son ’s waist according to your chart and selected size YSM. The adjustable waist left a bulk of fabric on either side that wasn ’ t able to be smoothed out. The inch difference between YXS and YSM was huge for my son who is slender. The shorts was great and last the entire school year.

I bought 4 of these for my grandchildren to wear under their lacrosse gear. The size guide was spot on and the shirts did exactly what we wanted them to do which was to stop their shoulder and elbow pads from pinching them. The benefit we did not know was it kept those pads from shifting during play. The shirts do not hold body odour after washing and they dry quickly so can be washed in a hotel sink and hung up to dry. The kids say they are not hot at all and are really comfortable. Good job under armour!
