I was really impressed with how comfortable these leggings are for both of those activities. The thick waist band is great for holding me in and making me feel great. I love the length of these and even though they seem Really light weight they have been perfect for winter. I actually really love how light weight they are compared to my other leggings and they still give such great coverage, fit, and comfort. I found that they were perfect for doing yoga in and riding my spin bike. At first I was a little unsure of the mesh on the calves but when I ’ m working out it ’s a really awesome feature for keeping me feeling a little cooler. I got a large which is my preferred size and they fit perfect! I ’ ve had these tights for a few weeks and I ’ m really impressed with how well they are holding up in the wash as well. I hate when they start piling but these tights haven ’ t done any of that and they still look brand new even though I ’ ve washed them about 3- 4 times. I think I may even need to get a second pair so that while one is in the wash I can still wear these, the comfort is just unbeatable.

I own two pairs of these leggings in XS and S, and honestly both fit great it just depends on the mood. When I want a more snatched compressive feel XS is perfect. When I ’ m in the mood for maximum softness and comfort S feels amazing. For reference, I ’ m 5 ’ 3 ” tall, with a 26. 8 ” waist and 39. 4 ” hips. The length works well for me the leggings hit about 2. 5 inches above the ankle. I wear these for squats, lunges, and treadmill workouts at the gym and they perform great. They stay in place, feel comfortable and move well with the body. I ’ ve had no holes, thinning or noticeable wear. I did notice a slight difference in fabric feel between colors. My Elemental Pink pair feels a bit softer while the Iron Stone pair feels smoother.

[ I am in love with these leggings! I am a 39yo, 118lb, 5 ft 5 '' female, usually wearing a maximum UK size 8, but often fluctuate with water weight, so Nike sizing of small( 8- 10) always covers all of the ups and downs for me as the XS( 4- 6) is usually too small. I spend at least 4 days a week in the gym, combining cardio( usually running), and resistance training with free weights and machines, so most of life is spent wearing leggings, including in my day to day life as a busy mum. Nike have always been my favourite brand for activewear because the styles, quality and functionality crossing over from activewear to fashionwear are unrivaled, but more recently, my preference for gym leggings is definitely as high waist as possible- this is partly due to my age and evolving preference for everything to be tucked in nowadays, but also because the support and positioning of high waisted leggings is vital for running and the variability in movement during resistance training. These Nike Zenvy leggings tick all of the boxes- they are so incredibly supportive without causing any restriction at all, they stay high and secured above the waist no matter the exercise, they 're a vibrant, striking colour and are beautifully soft and smooth, they 're genuinely like a second skin- you barely feel like you 're wearing them, comfortable, breathable, no tightness or cutting in at all, just streamlining and supporting your body in all the right places. Squats and lunges, running, stretching, the school run, hiking, shopping, whatever you 're doing, these leggings are perfect- they 're not a distraction to your activity and leave you with nothing but body confidence. I would genuinely change nothing about them, but my only concern is how well they wash and stand up to repetitive friction over time, as this super soft material makes me feel it has the potential to bobble very slightly over time, but it has n't happened yet! Off to buy more colours...!

[ The Nike Zeny mid- rise 7/8 leggings give a streamlined look to anyone wanting to be able to move more freely. The Infina soft fabric is lightweight which made them a perfect choice for taking part in a recent Reformer Pilates Class. The Dri- FIT Technology kept me dry during the whole class by reducing the sweat against my skin plus they were extremely comfortable. I would definitely like to see more colours in this design as they smooth the waist aswell as reduce rolling, pinching and sliding. At least 50% of this product is recycled polyester fibres so it made them an even better choice for everyday wear although I would like to see a full length version too!

The 7/8 length is perfect, and the addition of pockets is very convenient for carrying small essentials like a phone or something. The fabric is lightweight, breathable, moisture- wicking, and has a nice level of compression without feeling too tight. It also holds up well after washing without losing its shape. I love the overall fit, support, and the pockets. I love to see more color options.

[ Upon receiving this pair of pants my wife was ecstatic. She loves pants like these. She can wear them just about anywhere from everyday use, running errands, going for a walk, and working out. When she took them out of the packaging they had great appeal and couldn ’ t wait to try them out. The materials felt very smooth and the design looked great. When she tried them on for the first time she felt they were made specially for her. They were very easy to put on and went on like a glove. They went around my waist and didn ’ t roll down like some will. These pants are very supportive and fit well. Everyone should have at least one pair of these. It will be hard to wear others after trying these on. Easily her favorite pair of pants. When looking at her wear them they look really good on her. I can tell these will be very durable and will last her for a long time.

[ I refuse to wear leggings. They 're too tight, restricting, and usually unflattering. But these leggings are something I will definitely wear. I 've never owned anything that has fabric like these. It's soft and very comfortable! It also does n't pull on the hair on your legs like some leggings do if you have n't shaved for awhile. The leggings have shape in the calves and thighs so it fits very nicely. AND the leggings help shape your legs without showing the rolls underneath:) These leggings are definitely a game changer! The price may be a bit expensive, but you definitely get what you pay for!

[ When I pulled these tights out the mail I thought ‘ now when the heck am I going to wear these tights in hot behind JUNE? ’ Thankfully laundry day forced me to put these on in 65 degree weather and these were surprisingly perfect temperature. I can ’ t quite explain it, but despite being hot out, these leggings made my legs feel…cool. In addition to the temperature regulation, Nike comes through again with fit and feel. [ I ’ m 5 ’ 8 180 lbs and this is my very first pair of Nike One TF HR. I love the black sleek look and the way it hugs my body in the right way. They aren ’ t baggy, loose or uncomfortable which is major to me. I have had a lot of workout like pants that would come down, be very loose in the front area and just wouldn ’ t be comfortable. They do seem to stretch quite a bit. When it comes to washing I let them hang dry to avoid shrinkage and lent. I have worn them jogging, doing yoga, and on play dates with my children and haven ’ t had any issues. These Nike pants can be worn in many different ways which is why I love them the most. I would recommend to anybody that has had issues finding reliable workout/ casual clothing.

These are amazing! We love them. ❤️ My dad got my husband and I both a set for Christmas like 10 years ago or more. They are still in perfect condition. We use them for hunting, playing in the snow or anytime we have to be outside for long periods of time in the cold. When I go hunting and it's super cold or wind chill of- 15. I wear mine, my husband's and my under armour sweat pants under my hunting bibs. No need for a heater at all. My son told me he needed some bigger under layers so I automatically ordered him this set. He is going to be so excited when he gets the Christmas morning. If you have multiple children you definitely need to get these. They are such a good quality and will last for years if they are taken care of. The adults sizes are pretty unisex in the bottoms. The woman's top seems to be a little more fitted for the breast.

[ I recently tried the Nike Swift Women's High- Waisted 7/8 Running Leggings, and overall, they provide a solid mix of performance and comfort. The leggings offer a snug, supportive fit that stayed in place during my runs, without feeling too tight or restrictive. I liked how the waistband was high enough to provide good coverage without digging in. The fabric was soft and had just the right amount of stretch. The material is extremely breathable, and I never felt overheated during my workouts. The design is sleek and minimalist. What I liked the most about the leggings was the comfort and breathability. Rather I wore them during a long run, strength training or just to run errands they felt light yet supportive. I never had to adjust them during a workout or worry about them sliding down. If I could change one thing, it would be the pockets. While the leggings have pockets, I find it too minimal for storing my phone or keys during a long run. A larger, more accessible pocket would make these leggings even more functional for runners.

[ These are designed to fit. Other leggings I have are very straight, and then the mfg relies on the elasticity of the fabric to hug your skin. These are made of an elastic fabric( 75% poly, 25% spandex), but also are cut to hug your body parts. Notice how they cut in on the calf to knee, and on the thigh, there are additional seams to hug the body. The ankle fit is really nice and contributes to the leggings staying in place. There is absolutely no stitching at the bottom of the ankle. The fit was excellent( I 'm 5' 7, 155, in a medium) and had minimal stretching after a run. They got a little longer( so I just replaced the ankle higher and pulled them up), but the waist/butt all remained in place. Also wore these to yoga and they were very comfortable. I especially like the skinny drawstring at the inside top. They also have ventilation at the back of the knees, pockets at both hips, and the logo and some subtle design details are reflective. My only complaint is that they 're too nice to be lounging leggings. Definitely comfortable enough to do errands in or lay around the house, but equally as comfortable for run or workout, which is unlikely for high- waisted, techy workout apparel.

[ I could go on and on about this whole line from Smartwool. It's their best thing in a very long time and I 've been a fan for years. The material is very soft, has a great but comfortable fit. These bottoms also have a nice wide and sturdy waste band so there is no bunching or other uncomfortable nonsense in that area. These are very warm, so perfect under a shell pant or bib for alpine skiing, but I do n't think I would wear them on a tour.

[ Let me start by saying that these pants are a Must have!!! I have a few other Nike leggings, but these are definitely my favorite pair. I love the all over Nike logo pattern that makes the logo look like little hearts- which I thought were really cute! I liked how it doesn ’ t have the traditional “ rubbery ” Nike logo print that usually comes off after a few washes. The fabric is very durable but yet feels lightweight and smooth against your skin. Loved the multi pockets- it has about 3 pockets and one of them was big enough that I was able to fit my iPhone 13 Pro in the back pocket. These pants allow you to be as flexible as you want. Great quality- love the full coverage and high waisted style. Please make these in solid colors! Definitely recommend these to anyone who ’s looking for a new pair of leggings:)

[ These leggings feel great! The fit was just right. Did a squat test and my underwear did not show. I was surprised by the thin breathable fabric and it still did not show my underwear. And I love the Dri- Fit technology, I don ’ t feel all sweaty and gross. It quickly dries off. I remember I was upset thinking it didn ’ t have a pocket for my phone on my runs. But! There is pocket in the back( in the seam) that is big enough to hold my phone. My phone was held securely and it didn ’ t jump around or drag my leggings down when I ran. Lastly, when you put on the leggings. It just sucks you all in and smooths you out and makes you feel confident in leggings.

I really did n't know what to expect from this product but I have a pair of ferrosi leggings that I love so I thought I 'd give these a try. I 'm glad I did! I bought the blue and aside from the fact they just look really cool with the two tone color, they fit and feel great. And the thoughtful extras- like deep side pockets- are greatly appreciated. I bought these at the end of the winter season and was sad that they might sit in a drawer for months before it was again cold enough to use them, but then we had one of those raw April days in the Midwest. Got these leggings because I love my ferrosi pants and was curious about the fabric in a legging version. The fit is true to size( I 'm 5' 4 '', 120 lbs and got a size small, which I typically wear in OR), and they 're very flattering. My one complaint is that the waist does n't stretch!! Getting it over my hips is a pain, but once the pants are on they 're comfortable. I likely wo n't wear them on trail as much since it would be a pain to use the bathroom if I have to fight the waistband.

I was provided this model of Ferrosi Hybrid leggings to replace a previous pair( the warranty issue was such a complete fluke that really, I should have bought a lottery ticket because the chances of it happening in another pair of leggings would be next to impossible). So A. GREAT work OR for standing behind your products and B. They were replaced by a newer model. Turns out, this is a super cute legging. I love the pockets- they are placed well, good size, extremely functional. I am not sure if I am entirely sold on the two tone black color. When I pulled them out of the wash the back almost looked navy blue- but it could have been the lighting. I have a weird hangup with black and navy together. But really, these are super functional for outdoor pursuits, I am very happy with them.

Much prefer the leggings you sold a few years ago. The hem was finished, the pockets were lower and I think the material had bamboo in it and I was able to workout comfortably. These new ones are tighter and warmer during work outs. Any chance on getting the old ones?

I usually wear I size 4- 6 in most leggings but find in merino layers I have to size up because it's tight around my quads, these are similar. [ So let me start with letting you know that I ’ ve started to run again after taking several years off due to pregnancies and other health issues. The last time I was really into running, I had the cutest running wardrobe which gave me all the confidence in the world to keep going. Since I ’ ve been back, I wear basically whatever I have available. Usually the leggings I wear while I work from home and a random large shirt that I inherited from my brother or husband. These leggings have reminded me of the importance of good running leggings/gear. They moved with every stride I took and most importantly did not start sagging at the waist since there ’s a pull string to keep them up in the center. The material is soft and didn ’ t feel too “ shiny ”, if you know what I mean. What I absolutely loved about these though was all the pockets. I ’ ve included a picture of the pockets at the back of the waist which was soooo amazing to have. The leggings I own usually have a small slit at the front of my waist band for a key or card but these pockets run from left to right. The middle slit was even wide enough for my iPhone which is unheard of for me. I appreciate Nike for keeping the average runner in mind with these, along with the most advanced runner. I totally recommend these, but the bullet and pay the price because they ’ re definitely worth it.

Bought the top/ bottom as a set and absolutely love it. The leggings fit nicely and have an elastic waist to keep them in place. I struggle with leggings constantly needing to be pulled up but these stay in place all day. Good for lounge, yoga, Pilates, walking or other casual purposes. These are my go to leggings. Yes I 'm a guy that wheres women leggings because they fit/feel me better than limited styles of men's legging available. High waist is no issue for me. Perfect compression( light) and length offers unrestricted movement.
