I thought, why not use a legging as my baselayer and then if I need to strip off, I am not hiking through bramble in my woolies? I was worried as there is no drawstring at the waist, I wondered if the weight of my phone in the side pocket would pull the pants down over time. The good news is that the pants stay up very well. They are very breathable and I consider they will make great warm weather bottoms. The ankle opening is quite narrow- put your socks on after! True to the sizing guide.

I was provided this model of Ferrosi Hybrid leggings to replace a previous pair( the warranty issue was such a complete fluke that really, I should have bought a lottery ticket because the chances of it happening in another pair of leggings would be next to impossible). So A. GREAT work OR for standing behind your products and B. They were replaced by a newer model. Turns out, this is a super cute legging. I love the pockets- they are placed well, good size, extremely functional. I am not sure if I am entirely sold on the two tone black color. [ I 'm certain these are the nicest leggings I 've ever worn. My initial reaction to them was realizing that they are incredibly soft and smooth to the touch. The material is light- weight. The nylon/spandex dri- fit material is unlike anything I 've ever worn. When trying them on, I was a little nervous the fit would be too tight. I am a curvy 8/10 in bottoms and the medium fits perfectly. As you slide the leggings on, you realize these have an amazing level of support. The leggings feature a comfortable mid- rise waistband that has an additional flat drawstring that can be used to further adjust the fit. I did n't have to adjust mine, so it laid comfortable against my belly. The leggings are so sleek, you may miss the 3 hidden pockets along the inner backside of the waistband. There are two small ones and a larger one in the middle. The leggings also feature a deeper side pocket on each leg and a single zipper pocket on the left leg. That's 6 pockets in total for maximum storage while remaining sleek in design. Lastly, the leggings feature a single Nike swoosh on the top, front side of the leggings. Overall, the design seems simple but a lot of thought went into constructing this masterpiece. These are perfect for hitting a trail or even running errands. I love the storage and the support. I would wear these everyday if I could. My only complaint is the drawstring since I do n't have a need for it.

This set is overall one of the best winter base layer fits I ’ ve had the chance to try out in the elements( as of yet). The fleecy layer inside isn ’ t too thick, so it will keep you decently warm while not feeling overly constricting( it won ’ t ruin or take away from your outfit either). If I was to give constructive feedback on anything, it would be that they are a little short in length( mind you, I ’ m 5 ’ 11 ”). So, I ’ m really not picky about that kind of thing( for leggings in particular). Especially as they do have a bit of stretch. I would say that they are relatively true to size, maybe size down if you ’ re on the more petite side of the spectrum.

I bought this last week and it was made in Vietnam. The information was printed on the tights, which I think it is better than a physical label. I am 58kg/ 161 cm. The tights( size S) are very tight on my legs but there is still much room at the butt, so when I walk I could feel the butt area a little bit strange. Regarding comfort, Abisko Trekking Tights Pro are less comfortable as the Abisko trail tights I own, but warmer. My first pair of trekking tights- glad I went for these. I 'm Uk16 and 6ft and find the Xl a perfect fit. The seams are very strurdy and the pockets well placed. Hand washed and air dried several times and holding up well. I like the knee and seat reinforcements, but a same coloured option would be good- as per another reviewer. Warm enough for wild Welsh winters. The fabric dries quickly and is hardwearing with big dogs and scrambling over rocks. The ankle hole seems tight, I 'd say these are a `` sit down and ease over the heel '' legging rather than put on standing up and pull all the way on. A suggestion- Would Fjallraven consider printing the garment information inside the fabric instead of having itchy fabric labels? I have to carefully cut out the labels with a sharp knife, without damaging the seam, which I 'm sure will end in disaster one day.

The color looks even more premium in person than in the picture. I love the black stripe on the inner side of the pants, which acts like a contour for your legs, making the legs appear slimmer. The material is incredibly lightweight, dries quickly, and is perfect for water activities. The inseam is perfect for shorter legs. I 'm 5' 5 with a long torso and short legs, and the hem fits perfectly.

Went hiking in the Lake District and discovered my abisko tights were too large. Fortunately, I found a Fjallraven vendor and found these tights, which turned out perfect as I need a bit more insulation. I love the feel of these. They kept me warm on some pretty brutal days. They dry quickly. I am absolutely in love with Fjallraven tights, and these are a new favorite.

First let me say that I 'm not a person who wears tights- never have been- but these have changed my mind. I was on the fence about ordering for the longest time and I 'm so glad I finally did. They are thick enough that they feel more like pants to me and oh, so comfortable. The waistband is high, but not too high and the overall fit is just perfect. The leg pockets are deep and secure and the reflective piping at the ankles is a really nice touch. I had thought I might need to wear long underwear with them to be warm enough, but the wind proof panels are a life saver and they are plenty warm if you keep moving.(* An added bonus is that dog hair does not stick to them!) WHY SO GOOD( 1) Fit great. Not too loose. Not too tight. Hang well.( 2) Having the high rise waist is great; the pants stay securely in place while I move in any direction, at any speed.( 3) The horizontal zippered front pockets are an excellent style and security feature:( a) you do n't get that pocket gap pop- out that comes with non- zippered, angled pockets and( b) there's no fear that what you put in those pockets, like keys, will fall out.( 4) They are perfect for travel.
