[ A really good top for your morning job when it's a little brisk outside. This for the the spring or summer-- in chilly weather but not cold. Can wear just a sports bra or a light tee underneath. Really flattering and form- fitting and the full- zip is super useful to not only take on and off, but also lower if you get a little stuffy. The collar is the perfect height and the pockets are useful as well. 4. 0 is the best base layer for the price. My kids are competitive skiers in the Northeast. Our winters are harsh and with windchill the temperatures can drop below zero. This is just an early review, I have not worn them for any length of time yet. They are not as heavy as the previous model, but are light weight and more flexible. Im not sure if they are as warm as the previous model. Pay close attention to the carhartt sizing chart. In the previous model, I wore a large, in these I were a medium. Bought these to use as an alternative to fleece lined work pants. Much prefer these as it provides more flexibility, yet keeps you warm. They fit well and pair with my canvas work pants. I particularly like the idea that if the weather warms up enough, I can simply take them off, whereas with lined pants, you 're stuck unless you keep an additional pair of pants with you. These launder well too. The seams in them are placed well so there's no `` tugging '' or tightness. To me, they 're a great cold weather investment.

I am impressed with my Carhartt Poly- wool bottom. I received the thermal as part of a Carhartt Crew Field Test, but I will be ordering two more complete sets. I am truly amazed at how well this bottom works to keep me warm. One must understand, I am constantly cold, so to me, this is amazing. I am 5ft 3in, and weigh 115lbs, and the small works well for me. I have laundered it, with no ill effects. It has retained it's shape and fit very well. The bottom also fits perfectly under skinny jeans, without bunching or showing. I live in Iowa, and it gets cold here. While wearing this pair of thermal bottoms, I stayed warm. It really goes long way in cutting the harsh winds we get out here on the prairie. I find that the sizing is true, and the small works well for me. The shirt handles being laundered very well, without shrinking or pilling. It has retained it's shape. I wash in cool water, and I use fabric softener in addition to laundry soap. The Carhartt heavyweight poly wool shirt is extremely effective in keeping me warm, and blocking the harsh Iowa wind. I tend to stay cold, so this is saying a lot. I love the shirt, because it is fitted. It works well under clothing, without bunching up. I appreciate the `` thumb holes '' on the sleeves, since this prevented the sleeves from riding up while I put on my sweatshirt. Great quality, superior warmth, and comfort.

[ I love my Nike Therma fit one top. It ’s sleek and sporty and super comfy. The fabric has tons of stretch for comfort and ease during a workout, but is a good thickness( not as thick as a fleece and not as thin as leggings) and matte and therefore very flattering. I had it on during one of those Fall days where you think “ it ’s probably 65 out ” but it ’s really 50 degrees. And I was plenty warm. I like the length of the top- it sits just below the hip. I am 5 ’ 7 ” and a size 8 in clothes and the medium is perfect with a tank top underneath. I love the soft gray color and subtle swoosh on the side( I usually don ’ t go for big logos!). The collar sits nicely upright with it unzipped. Only thing I noticed that I didn ’ t love is the small neck hole. If you have makeup on and a ponytail( and a big head like I do!) it ’s a snug squeeze and you ’ ll either smudge makeup on the inside of the shirt or you ’ ll mess up your hair if you don ’ t carefully pull it on. Otherwise- it ’s an awesome sleek top.

I purchased one of these and liked it so much I went back and got another one. The fit is perfect. But I did have to size up to an extra large which I have to do with all Carhartt space layers for their shirts. But I like the fit and I like the materials. I wear them at work and it's a lot better to sweat in these than it is a cotton shirt. I believe these are the newer models also as they do n't have the sewn on Carhartt tag. This is a great product. I purchased one for myself on- line for Christmas, based on the previous smart wool base layer bought in the store in October 2024. The only problem is that the shoplifting tag was still on the product when I opened it on Christmas Day 2025. How Annoying!!!!!! Now I have to return the product. How about some quality control? I ask for duofold wool and cotton combos, but they are impossible top find anymore. Ny wife gave me two pairs of the Platinum II Pants from ColdPruf for Christmas. They have the same insulation value as the duofold but are less bulky, and much more comfortable due to the merino wool. I like these better than my underarmor, too, easier on and off. Kudos for a fine product.
