I bought 4 of these for my grandchildren to wear under their lacrosse gear. The size guide was spot on and the shirts did exactly what we wanted them to do which was to stop their shoulder and elbow pads from pinching them. The benefit we did not know was it kept those pads from shifting during play. The shirts do not hold body odour after washing and they dry quickly so can be washed in a hotel sink and hung up to dry. I have really never liked compression fit because I feel that I ’ m being strangled. When I put these shirts on, I felt the compression, but it was not as bad as other products I have tried. As the day went on, I really felt that this shirt kept me cool and wicked off sweat. I love these shirts so much. I ordered another one in the same color and two in white.

Fits exactly as described…I went up a size to get a slightly looser feel( I wear these tops for MMA and HIIT). Shoulder construction allows you to move with no binding/pinching. Flat lock seams don ’ t rub or chafe. The length is enough to tuck in or leave out without it ridding up. Material is slick and breathable…I would prefer it to be a bit thicker. Dries fast and hold up well to weekly washings( cold and hang dry… my 2 year old shirts look as good as my 2 week old ones). Definitely worth the money.

The only thing that I did not like was that the white color is quite see through, so I had to wear another shirt on top of it, or high- waisted workout pants and a full coverage sports bra underneath. That might not be a bad thing for some, but I am 37 years old and want more coverage. Other than that, it's a great workout top that will certainly keep you dry and last a long time! I love that I don ’ t need to make sure my shorts have a pocket to hold the essentials. The shirt ’s fabric is top notch. It has not stained or pilled when washed. It is thick enough for warmth while not being bulky. [ As a larger man with broad shoulders, a muscular chest, yet a small waist, I didn ’ t think I ’ d ever find a good fitting summer shirt that didn ’ t balloon out like a tent. Then I found this shirt. I love the material and how it feels. Almost like I ’ m wearing nothing at all! Also like the fit, though I do wish there was a “ tailored ” style with the waist tapered more. I have an upside down triangle shape, and while this does fit better than some, there ’s definitely a lot of material around the midsection that I don ’ t need. Takes away from my body shape.
