I bought 4 of these for my grandchildren to wear under their lacrosse gear. The size guide was spot on and the shirts did exactly what we wanted them to do which was to stop their shoulder and elbow pads from pinching them. The benefit we did not know was it kept those pads from shifting during play. The shirts do not hold body odour after washing and they dry quickly so can be washed in a hotel sink and hung up to dry. I have bought four pairs of the FP Tempo Tank and it ’s unbelievably soft and stretchy. I would recommend you size down one as it can feel quite loose once you wear it. I am usually and XS and I stayed that way but if a smaller size was offered that ’ d probably fit better. I fit into a small perfectly fine though, just loose.
