So far so good with this rower. Pretty easy setup, basic tools can speed it up quite a bit, but the tools that are provided works fine as well.. Use on the highest setting and it's a great work out, in the future I may find that I could use more resistance. Dual rails feel very stable. Retractor seems to take a few pulls to adjust to the level you are on, but once you get going it works great. Nice quiet operation, can hear tv/ speakers while using no problem. Body is not overly heavy, comes with pads/ feet to store upright to save space when not in use. Improvements I suggest are that you are practically sitting on the floor. Even elevating the height a slight amount would give this a more premium feel. Granted maybe this is normal, it's my first row machine I 've owned. My feet are fairly large( 13's) and I have found that they come out of the pedals pretty easily. Adjusting the strap placement has helped quite a bit, but I still find myself tightening/ fixing straps during the workout.- most likely a user error. Have n't tried a class with it yet, but ca n't wait. Overall happy with the purchase

There was a one of 4 screws that did not fit properly in the mounting hardware and my display ended up in a crooked position. However, like I said it's only a minor thing and does not at all impact the functionality of the machine. I 'm so glad that I purchased this rower!!!

I got into rowing at my local gym on this same exact rower and loved it. I deceided to buy one for the house( one of my greatest decisions) and tried Concepts and various hydro rowers. They did n't come close as far as comfort and also they did n't have a high enough resistance which I enjoy. I 've had my rower now for several months and initially had issues with the meter not connecting to the app. I had replaced another rowing machine in favor of this one to specifically connect to the app. Sunny Fitness sent a replacement meter and everything has been working great ever since. I just assembled the rower 2 days ago. Assembling instructions very clear and straightforward, it took me about 45 minutes to complete the assembly. Since then I used it twice and am happy with the results. I used to workout with a rowing machine at the gym, and like this one better, as you can use your arms in a wide opening, as opposed to the ones in the gym that you only bring your arms back and forth. Up to now I am very happy with the workout and best thing is I do n't have to leave the house to do it. The only complaint I have is that it does n't have a heart monitor, which is a very handy feature. I know that including it would raise the price, because of the need to install sensors and another function in the display, but I would be prepared to pay the difference, if it was a reasonable one. I am used to the HR monitor as I also have a static bike at home, and this one ahs the HR monitor and it is very handy. I will post a new development comment in a couple of weeks, after using it more times.

The rower was an effective part of my routine for 3 years. Due to having to store it for a few months while remodeling the gym, I drained it. When I set it back up the bowl leaked. It is indeed easy to use and to fold for compact storage. I do not expect to fold it. It fits nicely in my loft with other machines. I do suggest that a newbie watch a few YouTube videos. There are many showing proper rowing form and how to use an air or water rowing machine. They also explain why there is no `` resistance control. '' This is ever so much better than the Precor piston machine that I had 2 decades ago. I did not like the piston design. The Stamina Air Rower is so much better! This machine complements my Landice L7 treadmill, Lemond Revmaster spin bike and Nordic Track Elite ski machine... all tiptop machines in premium working order. If ever I wear it out, I will replace it likely with the beautiful WaterRower.

I bought this rower about a month ago. I love this machine! It's fun while it's giving me a total body workout with cardio. The air from the wheel blows through my hair as I 'm rowing and I found a relax channel on my Roku that has a sunrise mountain lake scene with lapping water. I put that on my TV and I can actually imagine rowing across the lake at sunrise! No regrets in getting this air rower! It's fantastic!

A day after writing a harsh review about my broken rower, I contacted Stamina's Customer Service and was pleasantly surprised to find they are sending me a new mainframe to address the problem. The representative handled the problem quickly and courteously and my confidence in Stamina has been restored.

Bought this rower because of it's compact size, and I am pleased with it's performance as well! I get a great workout that I can adjust by how fast or how hard I pull. Assembling it by myself was a breeze. At first I thought the meter was n't working correctly, so I unplugged it and plugged it back in. I started rowing again and the meter kicked in and is working fine.

Bought the to complement my running and gym workouts. Was pleased that it was ready to use after E- Z assembly, tools were provided. Have used it daily for several weeks and it works well. The model with the multi function monitor allows for interval training. Only change made was to place the front supports on a 2 '' X 6 '' X 3' board to raise the position, which worked better for me. I rowed in college, the Stamina X Air brings back many great memories.

I had the air version and upgraded to this one with air and magnetic resistance. It ’s an upgrade for sure with resistance. Less productive at the 30 minute mark. Only concern with this product is longevity as the volute spring went on the prior model. But I stayed with Sunny as the overall product is good and it lasted long enough to where I don ’ t feel it was a financial loss. I used it often. Fingers crossed this last 2+ years with almost daily use.

The rower was easy to put together- my 73 yo sister put it together by herself! It's easy to use. As I 'm in my early 70s and have a permanent leg injury, I am starting quite slowly. But, I am rowing 5 days a week. I think consistency is key. Love it!

I just purchased this machine. Let me tell you it is sturdy. The only issue I have noticed is the pedal spacing is farther apart than what I was used to on my very simple and little hydraulic machine by SunnyHealth. But the drive is smooth, the ride is more comfortable because of the fan. and the padded seat. I use this with HOLODIA app on Quest 2 and really enjoy rowing. The main piece is pre- asasembled. You add the pedals, the seat, the slidebar and the rear stabilizer. Very pleased with the sale price and the additional 10% off. Brought the machine cost down to 495. And it is well packaged and protected. It had rained for 3 days and the box was a mess. But nothing touched the machine inside. Lucky for me, my grandson put this together in no time just by watching the assembly video. Thanks SUNNYHEALTH!
