[ I got these for my wife. She said: I am a working mom of 7 young kids and I like to keep in shape both for my physical health as well as my mental health( and sanity!) and I need workout gear that can withstand a lot of wear and tear as well as make me feel good while wearing it. These high waisted running leggings really fit the bill! I used them around the house to get tasks done as well as for both for short( 1- 2mile) and long( 5+ mile) runs. There are both pros and cons to this model- the PROS: 1) the material is SO comfortable and has the perfect blend of stretch and compression. 2) the fabric weight is ideal for spring running- it breaths but it also holds in heat so my legs felt great for the duration of each run 3) The pockets are positioned so I could be hands free and still keep my essentials( like phone and energy gel packs) accessible during the run. 4) the waistband is thick so there is not a small single circle of pressure on my abdomen, which is an improvement from other brands I 've tried 5) there is no seam or pressure point anywhere on the tights that was uncomfortable, so I did n't experience any rubbing or discomfort for the duration of wearing them ever! There are only a couple CONS: 1) I felt they run a bit small, especially in the waist. I know they are intended for compression, but getting them on required a bit of discomfort, especially at the top of the waist- it is exceptionally small. I 'd recommend sizing up if you have a larger waist or prefer more room on the waistline. Since they are high rise, it definitely `` cuts '' into the area under your rib- cage at first and is tricky to pull up. Once I got them up, they were fine and they stayed in place perfectly, but I might size up if I buy a second pair for this reason 2) I feel they are a bit long to be considered 7/8 length( I 'm 5' 8 '' 125 lbs)- they fit more like a traditional legging, which was fine for my use but if I truly wanted 7/8 length I 'd say they are longer than that. Overall these are great leggings for running- they stay in place, keep me cool, held up to washes and wear and tear and still look new, and fit comfortably with no rubbing. I 'd definitely recommend them for anyone who wants to run!

After wearing them for a bit, I fell in love with them. They have zipper pockets which is great for running outside and needing to secure your keys or phone. They are soft and breathable. Warm too. I love love love this pant. I had an old pair of UA compression leggings that I have been looking to all the running companies to try to find something comparable in fit, feel, pocket... and have not been able to. The only issue with that old pair is that they would fall down until I started sweating, then they would stay in place. Also, they are very lightweight and I needed something warmer. So I came back to UA to see what else they have to offer and found the Vanish Cold Weather leggings, they looked like the same fit as my old leggings, I decided to give them a try. Well what I thought could n't get better is so much better! They do n't fall down AT ALL, they have added warm panels where needed, and they have TWO pockets instead of the one so I can alternate what leg my phone is on. The zipper at the bottom stays put and gives you the option to loosen them up a little. The pants are slim fit which is fine. I got my original size and they were perfect. The design is good. I would like a few hits of the 3M reflective material on the front. The fabric is breathable and comfortable. After about 30 minutes on the treadmill, they still feel good. They did n't rise up like others have before. The feel smooth and soft on the skin plus do n't restrict movement. I like that the pants have pockets for something like your phone or key fob. No real changes could be made. As is, these pants are a must for the occasional runner or the runner that loves to top their personal records.

Super cozy! Nicely oversized…the rise( waistband to crotch) is super long which isn ’ t my favorite, but the pants are so comfortable and cozy that I ’ ll deal with that. These arrived yesterday and wearing them right now, I can only say I need to buy more. They are really comfortable and really like the material. They are loose& slightly baggy pants, and I wear XL. I may have want to try a smaller size to see how they feel but I am considering buying another pair. There are some extra threads hanging out, but this does n't change how great they feel.
