The adjustments are so good that I ride to the beach and back home on my motorcycle without this thing flying off. When I get to the beach and ready to fish I can loosen it in less than a second. It's sun gear so the most important thing is the protection. it's still spring here in Florida but it's already up to 80s on a regular and the day in the photograph was exactly that. The hat works great for blocking the sun and it also does a pretty good job keeping you cool. The brim is stiff enough to stay out flat for coverage but soft enough to still look good. As a paddler and former kayak guide, I have a lot of paddle hats. Several models like this have a brim that goes down too far and makes it hard to see. This one is perfect. The brim is the perfect angle and it fits well. It has a little stretch and covers my entire face and neck without looking too silly. Huge fan. I told them, but said, don ’ t get too excited because the color selection is poor. Sadly, colors are same as when I bought mine. And you take off in the wind like the flying nun. These visors are the perfect length for keeping the sun out of your eyes.
