f you ’ re over 6 ’ 5 ”, it might be too small. Perfect for a garage or room setup if you already have a pull- up/dip station. Got it for$ 399—great deal. Similar quality half rack and bench would cost$ 600+. Assembled it solo in under an hour.

Solid, easy to put together…the bench is lacking. Its wobbly so I bought the stand alone Ethos utility bench. Now that bench is as sturdy as the ones at the gym. Those two paired together is as good as going to the gym.

This piece of machinery is amazing, I have yet to go to the gym after I got this. Works great and has pretty much everything you need besides leg attachments but can do squat and deadlifts so its not a necessary thing. Overall this Cage is amazing and very sturdy. Definitely have recommended it plenty of times.
