I bought these because the pair my dad was going to have me use was just a half size too big. These are a true size 11D. They fit me perfect and it does feel like I ’ m walking on a cloud. I Used them for the first time at work and it ’s just amazing. My feet didn ’ t ache or throb, nor are my toes cramped. I received my boots 6- weeks ago and have worn them a dozen times building mountain bike trails in Northern California. The boots are very comfortable, have great traction and warm in cool weather. What I like best about the boots is that I am sure footed when working on steep grades, in mud, and in thick bushes. Plus having to hike in to get to a trail section may be over a mile which is no problem with these boots, just a joy splashing through rivers, muck, you name it.

Have had ankle height slip on for years. Finally worn out. Higher cut will allow wear on deeper snow and make putting on easier. I have arthritis. And lugged soles keep me safe from slipping.

First and foremost, customer service. It is OUTSTANDING! I ordered a size 10 boot online, which is my normal size. When I received them, they were real tight on me. I figured they would loosen up after a couple of days. They did n't. Because I wore them for 3 days, I figured that customer service would n't take them back. To my surprise, no questions asked, they not only took them back, but gave me the right advise and I reordered a larger size 10. 5. Customer service then noted for my file, that if these did n't fit, I could send them back again and they would work on another solution for me. I was stunned. Talk about pleasing the customer, they went beyond what I ever expected. Other than my initial expense, there was no additional cost for sending back or receiving the new pair. With this kind of customer service, you can order with confidence. Now to the boot. WOW. The advise received from customer service for the 10. 5 was correct.
