Well first off these are Lightweight and at the end of the day you don ’ t feel like a horse shedding a saddle. They slip off and my feet feel great. I did put my arch supports in and these boots picked up where my other Georgia boots left off. The soles of the boots grip well on many surfaces and the tops have a nice feel and not too restrictive also. I ordered a half size bigger, since I wear wool soaks for added cushion on my feet. Now the only draw back is I wish they were a little narrower by a little. These feel like they are wide instead of a standard width. Again, my wool soaks help make up for some of the looseness but it is not a deal breaker by no means. Thus far for everyday work boots for someone who is on their feet a lot on concrete, these have done really well.

I already own these boots without the safety toe and love them. These are no different aside of the break- in period. The non- steel toe were like house slippers from day one. These have taken a few weeks of wear to soften up and I am still having an issue with my left boot, but the right is great. They are extremely comfortable and easy to stand on most of the day. They run perfect to size and the steel toe is not invasive like other brands I have tried. I work in an environment that has a number of silicone based chemicals on the floor and it is slippery, but not in these boots! I have not even come close since I started wearing them. Safety and comfort--- SOLD!

They ’ re tall, almost up to my knee, and fit snug around my leg( though not “ tight ”) so as not to have huge gaps where snow can get in. The Vibram Ice sole works — good traction on slippery surfaces. I 've been buying these boots to wear for my landscaping business for as long as I can remember.( over 15 years?) They are comfortable after a day of brake in. I apply one coat of weather seal when I buy them. I wear them over 12 hours a day and they last about 6 to 8 months. I like that they are n't steel toes, and that the tread on the sole does n't disturb the soil very much, but has good traction. I like to buy two at a time so I can alternate wearing them. It has a different type of hook so it is a little difficult to get the lace in it when it is pulled out. I still rate this as Excellent though.

So far these boots are great. More comfortable initially than the centurions where. Break in seems to be going well too. Only thing I would like to see different is for the lace hooks to be a little more open on the ones below the top ones. All of them but the first ones kinda require a bit of force to get the lace in. I do like that though for the top most ones as it keeps the laces from unraveling like the centurions would.

These are perfect if you have a wide foot but not too wide. Regular boots are usually too narrow for me. Wide boots are usually too wide. I was told that Danner Boots run `` Narrow '' That probably is true cause the wide ones fit me perfect. Not too wide like the other brands.

The question you should ask yourself is why you shouldn ’ t buy the Bull Run. The price comes in well under classic red wing and Chippewa boots and these are way more comfortable in my humble opinion. The sizing is fairly true to size with medium to thicker socks but I ’ d dize down 1/2 if wearing thin socks. I ’ m very stoked on these boots!

For starters, the boots look amazing. Black matches everything and 6 inch is an amazing size. The insoles are firm until you step.( I don ’ t know how) basically, I ran to a friends house in these. And I noticed every step, I the boot rebounded me giving me a little boost. But when standing still, the boots have amazing support. I got them 1 day ago and used them is the snow and ice, then wore them to work today. The only reason I gave them a 4 out of five for durability is because I haven ’ t owned them long enough to know if they will hold. But based off of the feel and finish. It seems pretty solid. I noticed creasing from running in them which means like all boots, they are gon na crack eventually. As for the functionality of them. I was on my knees stocking some low shelves and notivced the boot doesn ’ t bend as much as it could. But you can substitute that by getting a soft toe version if you don ’ t need hard toed.

I wore a different Georgia boot for 3- 4 years before buying this one. My other one was not waterproof. It started falling apart after using it on my dirt farm. With this one I can walk in the creeks and all over. It is super comfortable, waterproof, light, and fits great! It handles cow manure, creeks, woods, rocks, dirt, etc.-- Just all- around great! In addition, the bottom grip is nice. I do n't have any problems walking or shoveling, and the inside cushion makes you want to wear it for all occasions. The only thing you might have to do is replace the cushion every now and then; with around 230 lbs. the cushion performs well, but takes a toll. For winter, I recommend some thick, cushioned, wool socks. Wool socks and boot make it a winning combination that ca n't be beat by any other. Buy it!

Absolutely love these boots. Extremely comfortable, super safe, without being bulky or goofy looking. So thankful I bought these boots, I had a terrible accident at work where a heavy equipment trailer fall on my foot, I walked away with only 1 broken bone, the dr said with what happened if it wasn ’ t for the protection in my boot I would have had bones through the skin and would be lucky if I could have walked again! Super thankful for these boots and will continue to wear them for as long as they ’ re available!

First and foremost, customer service. It is OUTSTANDING! I ordered a size 10 boot online, which is my normal size. When I received them, they were real tight on me. I figured they would loosen up after a couple of days. They did n't. Because I wore them for 3 days, I figured that customer service would n't take them back. To my surprise, no questions asked, they not only took them back, but gave me the right advise and I reordered a larger size 10. 5. Customer service then noted for my file, that if these did n't fit, I could send them back again and they would work on another solution for me. I was stunned. Talk about pleasing the customer, they went beyond what I ever expected. Other than my initial expense, there was no additional cost for sending back or receiving the new pair. With this kind of customer service, you can order with confidence. Now to the boot. WOW. The advise received from customer service for the 10. 5 was correct. Fits well to size comfort is above average and will likely improve as they break in quality is what's expected although I liked the softer type soles carhartt used to use years ago better. Packaging was n't great but did its job.

Great quality. I had to wait a week before trying them on because of a sore on my ankle, but they are just what I wanted. I wear a size 9 and it was true to size, and I wanted something I could kick off at the door and had pull tabs to put on.
