[ LOVE these shoes!!! So cute and comfortable. Needed warm, waterproof shoes with traction for a trip to Iceland. Straight out of the box these boots were comfy- no break in time necessary. Running around, prepping for trip, they kept my feet warm and dry in negative temps and snow. Standing for 4+ hours at a time, no problem. These were the only shoes I took on my 7- day trip: walking, hiking, ice, snow, rain, airports, shopping on cobblestone streets- you name it, I did it and my feet felt great. Fortunately I did not experience standing in deep snow or excessive rain, so I ca n't speak to how waterproof they are in extreme climates- but the limited rain and snow I encountered my feet stayed dry. Traction was good on snow and ice, I did n't slip or slide once. Use the website measurements to choose your size- it was spot on. These boots look amazing on- they do not make your feet look big and the cream color with the pink laces... cute, cute, cute!!! Bought them to wear on my trip, will happily be wearing them all the time. Do n't hesitate to purchase these boots, you will not be disappointed!

Very spacious without being oversized. This is my first wide toebox shoe and it did feel a bit too large at first. However, after putting on other sneakers, I felt my toes constrict in the sneaker and craved the extra space. The Jasper Suede has become my new favorite, casual shoe. The cushioning is incredibly comfortable as well and paired with the wide toebox, the comfort is unmatched. I 've also received many compliments. I guess it helps that I work at a climbing gym. 5 stars

My Keen canvas Howsers were getting a little worn so I decided to try a new, different pair. I liked the look and style of this shoe and as luck would have it they were on sale. I ordered my normal size 11. When they arrived they were just a tad too short. Keen makes it easy to return and I ordered a size 11. 5 and they arrived and fit perfect!! Note that these are a tight fitting shoe so getting them on takes a little effort but once they are on they are VERY comfortable. I like the material on these better than the canvas on the Howsers. Overall a very nice casual shoe!

[ I have been wearing Vasque coldspark a for 6 years but they have not been so waterproof last winter maybe it ’s due to a tear I don ’ t know. I was looking for the same pair to replace these and I did but also bought the Breeze. I must tell You they are the most comfortable hiking boots I ’ ve ever worn. My feet are cushioned and they never hurt after a long strenuous hike where the others left my feet screaming after only a few miles. The breeze are super lightweight too! I will never wear another brand. Vasques will never disappoint in my Opinion. I am a size 7 and Unlike my last Vasques which were a a size 8 I bought a 7. 5 and don ’ t need to wear heavy socks. No more hot spots and aches. My feet are happy!!
5
aglass22
I sincerely hope that Vasque does n't discontinue the Breeze LT GTX. I 've had a pair of clunkier Vasque's and a pair of Merrell's and these outperform both hands down. I 've worn these in the winter with a thicker pair of socks and in the summer with a thinner pair of socks over the last year of having them and they hold up great in both( although not designed as a winter/snow boot). Hiking summers in Boise desert heat is hard, and these have not once given me a blister, been uncomfortable, or made me question my footing. Everything about them is phenomenal! I recommend them to all of my friends and will continue to buy more pairs. Now I just want more color options please!:)
5
JeanneS
I bought these for a photography trip to Iceland. As with all my Vasque boots, they fit right out of the box. I hiked on rocky hills and through streams and wet sand beaches and they were a dream. Fully waterproof and comfortable after 12 hour days. Loved they were so much lighter than other hiking boots. Tread on bottom gave sure footing on wet rocks. I couldn ’ t have asked for more!

Kat212
[ I 've only done about 20 miles in these boots so far, but am VERY happy with them! I read reviews all over the place and decided to follow the advice of ordering a half size up, I will always have to wear a thick sock with them but feel it was still the right way to go. After reading the reviews I was a little concerned about the `` strange arch support '' mentioned by many. I was worried it was going to be similar to Chacos, which I cant wear because of the large arch support, however it's not like that at all and gives more support under your heal( not sure how to best explain this(:) and I find it very comfortable. These seemed pretty stiff at first but after one 5 mile hike they loosened up and feel very similar to a tennis shoe. I do have to mention that the heal box is oddly large, this does n't seem to be an issue for me, but thought I would mention it incase it would be helpful to someone else. All in all I would say if your on the fence about these you should just go for it!

[ I have hiked 1000's of miles on Asolo boots over the years and had many models. This one runs a tad bigger ue I have always been a 10 in the boot line so I would say it fits more like a 10. 5 but comfortable. Very rigid sole, which I look for in a boot and slightly on the heavier side, which does n't bother me. I did see where someone complained about a stitching clustster were the toungue is sewn together amd that was rather uncomfortable as it sat directly beneath one of the lace locks. I took a pair of flat nose pliers to the material wad.. for lack of a better term.. lol and worked it over a bit w the pliers squeezing and turning wo tearing it! So do n't go to crazy just cruah it down and it solved that problem rather easily. Great boot. Fit is larger. Crush the extra material to soften it.

I work both inside and outside in the rugged and on polished floors in interior Alaska doing communications. I bought my first pair of the Two Harbors size 12 from an outfitter up here 6 years ago. I wore them nearly everyday for both work and leisure. They were so comfortable that I did n't like my hiking boots ad much as these I put many a mile on those vibram soles and it took 5 years to wear down the tread. Usually- 40 below and ice will really do a number on boots... but seriously these held up. I wanted so bad to replace them but I wore them down so badly on the inside tongue that I did n't have a part number or name for them. I just knew they were Irish Setter/Red Wing work boots. I wound up buying another pair of Red wing pull ons that were comfortable and I really like them.. but they only lasted one season and soles separated after their first winter. So I went back with Irish Setter and got a set of work boots that I had mailed just before Christmas. Oh man that was a mistake... Anyhow I thought I through my old Two Harbors away. I just came across them in my garage and my wife looked them up to show me they still make them. I 'm ordering 2 pair.

I have been wearing these boots for about 7 years. They used to be named ELY. Back around the time of covid, I was due a new pair of boots. I was able to find them luckily. But for a couple years they were not available. Come to find out they changed the name of them. Still a quality boot. I started using them because of a bad back issue I have. These boots have a great insole in them a great support system. I have been reading the other reviews on here and have a hard time grasping that some people have had a bad experience with this boot. I work heavy industrial and wear my boots 6 days a week ten hours a day, most weeks. Sometimes seven days a week. I have never had any issues with them other than. I wear them out as much as I use them. They are well worth the money spent on them and they are a great support system for anyone with a back issues. This is my opinion only, for someone with back issues, they have been a blessing to me. The price has went up since they changed the name of them, I guess it's a costly name. But all in all I will continue to buy these boots as long as I am working, which is about five more years and then I will buy my retirement pair, as I do not plan to wear them as much so they should last a lifetime.

[ I have arthritis at the MTP joints of my big toes, so I need a stiffer shoe. So far I have had minimal pain wearing these, and the grip is amazing. The velcro straps make it easy to loosen between problems as well.
5
beastcoast
[ I 've had a few pairs of this shoe for a couple years now and it's the perfect climbing shoe. This model is also an upgrade from the 2018 version. They are technical and a tiny bit aggressive, but still softish. The best part is the closure system. The length of the strap is adjustable, which is amazing because the shoes do stretch a tiny bit as you break them in and they mold to your feet. And even after breaking them in, they 'll be tighter when they 're fully dry and looser when wet from sweat. Being able to adjust the length of the strap is critical and means that I can always have a perfect fit. Speaking of fit, I have narrow, low volume feet and these are one of few shoes that fit me well.( If you have higher volume feet, check out the men's version, Kronos). And they are very comfortable for climbing shoes. The only weird thing about these shoes is the history of the sizing. I had the 2018 model( which was also great) in a size 8, but a size 6 in these fits exactly the same. I 'm not sure why they changed their sizing. My normal street shoe size is 7. 5ish. Overall, these shoes are my absolute favorite and I hope they never get discontinued because they are my forever climbing shoe--- I buy a pair whenever I can get a deal. I wish Evolv made a more aggressive version of the same shoe!

[ I was on a quest to find a waterproof, cushioned hiking shoe for Torres del Paine “ O ” backpacking trek The final pairs were from Columbia and Hoka Speedgoat. The Peakfreak was my final choice as I found that the cushioning level matched that of Hoka, without the bulk. I completed the trek and was compelled to write this review as the Peakfreak surpassed my expectations. The trek was around 70 miles with unforgiving terrain. This shoe softened the impact on my low back and foot pads, yet was sturdy for the uneven trail. We hiked through snow, rivers, mud and my feet remained dry. The soles gripped every rock and slippery root. My Peakfreaks kept me upright while others were slipping and losing traction. Oh, and no blisters and no break- in necessary. The only recommendation is to order 1/2 size up. I ’ m a true 9 1/2 and my toes were a bit crammed. I bought a size 10 and it fit perfectly.

Then in the spring I wear them for the small lawn care business I have. They are perfect to keep my feet dry in wet grass and great durability through the season '') Not sure how you would fix this..... but they seem slippery when wet on tile or very hard flat surfaces.

[ I love these `` boots ''. I use quotation marks because they wear more like an aggressive shoe. I work in a garden center and need a lighter weight boot, waterproof and able to move and flex with the different work I do. I am a woman, and bought the darker color because I need one that will hide the dirt and evidence of where I work(( those light colors just do n't work for me). I wear a 9. 5 in women's and bought an 8 in mens... perfect!

I have been a mid- distance runner for years; both road and trail. These are the best running shoes for me. The strike of the foot and the cushion are perfect, again for me. I ’ ve tried most of the high- end shoes and find these to suit me best. The fact they are waterproof is just an added benefit.

I bought these for light hiking and walking for vacation. I wore them 6 days out of 7 on vacation and they were amazing. I felt like I was walking on a cloud and they were comfortable even tho I walked over 12, 000 steps a day in them every day. I have an issue with “ hammer toes ” and my toes were perfectly fine in these shoes. Runs a little short, ordered 1/2 size larger.

[ I bought these a month ago and I 've worn them almost every day since then for rides between 30 and 80 miles. They are very comfortable and the stiffness of the sole has eliminated some plantar pain I was developing with my old shoes. The only objection is that the velcro straps are just barely long enough( I have wide feet). The shoes fit my feet well enough but only with thin liner socks- I 'm not sure these will work well for cold weather rides given my wide feet( and need for thicker socks).

[ I have worn this style Keen shoe for about five years. I work in a super busy open kitchen restaurant. I do purchase an insole from a local shoe store for my plantar fasciitis which I have to use in all my lace up shoes. I have not found another shoe that fils my foot as well as this one for work and would recommend it to anyone who does similar work. I run around a lot with my job and turn many blind corners. So the lace up style of the shoe is better than kitchen rubber clogs. Also I work in a super humid environment on cement floors. So the waterproofing exterior and no slip sole is essential. This is the shoe for the job!

Good replacement for Vaya
I bought this boot about a month ago to replace a previous model I had from Salomon. It was the closest to the Vaya. Feel is great overall, however the size is about 1/2 size too small. Ordered same size my old pair. That is the only complaint. I was a 6. 5 in the Vaya and believe a 7 in these would have been better. They are super light weight, rugged, super water resistant too

These have a great fit for me, comfortable and no need to break in before wearing all day, no tight toe box. I bought these boots in 2021 and 2 years later they are still in good shape. I wear these for work, hiking, and just out and about and they are comfortable and lightweight for safety boots. They need to be broken in for at least several days in the beginning and any time you go a few weeks without wearing them. The only noticeable wear is the sides have weakened out a little and fold slightly and the rubber traction on the bottom is wearing out after lots of time on gravel roads and rough terrain. One downside is they are not waterproof do have water seep in if you are hosing them down or stepping through deep enough water, so I wear different boots for that. The photos are what they look like after 2 YEARS of constant wear and tear on a construction site.

I ’ ve been wearing the Georgia Wedge over 15yrs now and prolly has become my one and only boot/shoe i wear with everything. Lol, went from Nike ’ s/Vans/Chucks to only Georgia wedge. I love them so much i have pairs for work and everyday wear. I ’ ve worked for the Water company where i live and not really being “ water proof ” i still wore them and they would hold up for 6 months or so. That ’s jumping on shovels, kicking stuff, underwater, asphalt and so forth… as well as the Natural gas field and seems to hold up better without constant water lol i ’ ve bought up to 6 pairs in a yr bcuz all the OT I was working, but i say all this to say i never had more compliments then this boot and i ’ ve worn every brand, the quality of leather is the best and i can walk in them all day. Sizing fit my normal size, 10. 5D. Always have worn cowboy boots but unsure if my feet are changing or what but lately the top of my foot at the ankle has been rubbed raw by cowboy boots that I have worn for years through various styles( ariat, double H, Redwing). Did n't want to give up the heel style I prefer so after reading reviews ordered these. After a month of wear, found my ideal boots. They are light, almost no weight to them and the break in was no struggle with normal wear and rest of cycles between this and other pairs of boots. I had tried the Red Wing Logger Max 9 inch years ago and the laces for some reason refused to stay tied( unsure if it was the pair or user error). I work in an administrative environment 80% of the time with 20% in the field. I cant say enough about the weight, as I stated almost none, I have worn boots my entire life and Redwings have encompassed about 70% of the brands I have always worn. With good care and resoling as needed, look forward to having these boots for years.

I am on pair number 5 of these boots. I work telcom and wear these daily. Over 10 years in this job, I have tried all the major climbing brands, and I keep coming back to these from Irish Setter as the best out there. We work through the swamp, up the poles, and inside every attic, and these boots have held up great in every application.

I 've tried on many a different brand and style of loggers and these are by far the best fitting! I had a time finding a logger boot fmto fit my feet cause im a 12. 5 on a bradick board, or however its called. Im in between a 12 and 13 in every other boot brand which never fit right. Purchased a size 12 and they are sized larger than my feet at about a size 12. 5. So they fit perfect. Comfortable all day, insulated tp where my feet are n't cold riding the Harley in cold weather even! Very cushy tongue and stalk as well. Probably going to order another pair to keep on the shelf. Once you find something that works this well for you, you buy two or 3 of them! Well done Irish Setter!!

I was in the market for new boots. Heard through the grapevine that i should give this brand a chance. Got them as a gift and i am beyond ecstatic. The boots fit me well( run a little big, but not a con) and the inner sole is almost heavenly. I work in a warehouse where i stand on concrete 8 hours a day. I normally add an extra insert for added support, but there really is no need for these boots. While mainly for work, i definitely want to get the most out of these boots, but i must say that these particular boots i have are not cut out for hiking. Not a con in the least bit, though a bit of a bummer in the long run. So after spending about 40 hours over a few days in these boots, i am very happy with my georgia boots.

I bought these boots and they turned out to be the most comfortable pair I 've ever purchased. The upper leather and soles are so soft that it helps from aches and pain on my back. I do have to purchase a new pair yearly do to the climate in Tucson AZ, in the summer gets really hot where the soles wear out really fast. Only because I work in the Metro area where their is a lot of concrete and asphalt. I weigh 240 lbs and I wear a size 13 to 14 Medium depends on the boot. I would highly recommend for anyone to purchase these boots. I wish you had a 14B, my foot is really narrow.

First, I ’ d like to share how amazing Vasque ’s customer service is. I initially purchased a differed boot that wasn ’ t hardy enough for the type of hiking I do- Vasque allowed me to return the boot immediately! So instead of going back to the brand I was with before( Scarpa) I decided to stick with Vasque and purchased this boot with my refund money. I am so glad I did. These boots really hold up with all the things the white mtns throw at you with little break in needed. I did need to loosely lace the boots and insert a toe box stretcher for my own needs but the boot has now confirmed to my foot. I fully submerged both feet by mistake several times. My feet were kept dry and warm. I felt my ankles were supported and my boots got more comfortable as my hike went on. I think I used the first 10 miles of the boot to break it in- and I just completed a 20 mile, 4 4000k peak hike in the whites. Zero blisters or hot points on my feet. Thank you vasque!!!

I have hypermobile joints, arthritis in my feet, bunions, and roll my ankles a lot; I ’ ve been on the hunt for the perfect shoe for years so that I could not be in pain every time I walk and this is it! Fantastic arch support( especially with a memory foam Redwing insole), great ankle support( no more rolling ankles), and the fit and construction are perfect. Very little breaking in, just squeaky for a bit. Absolutely recommend for people with delicate feet or folks who need a lot of support! I can work on my feet all day and not feel any pain. Thank you Vasque, I ’ ll be back for more ❤️❤️ ALSO I was bar hopping in the pouring rain( do not recommend) and I was totally soaked except for my feet. 100% waterproof so far!!

[ This is only my second harness but definitely my favorite, the two gear loops on either side are usual but where this harness shines is in the 5th gear loop directly in the back, I tend to use it for my anchor building stuff, my quad, some locking draws, whatever it might be and also my rappel gear( atc and prusik). This thing is ridiculous for trad, pieces on the front two gear loops and draws on the side two gear loops and my jumar stuff. The other piece of this harness I really like is the fact that it is thin yet comfortable and padded much more than my previous harness.

But my old set never failed in 5 years and I am only replacing due to age.

[ Bought 2 months ago and has been as I hoped. Very light way but very high quality. Easy to clip and a awesome starter pack if your beginning to build your own rack. Great value! Caribiner gate is on the smaller side but has n't been an issue

Bought a size medium for a 30in waist. It fits well but needs to be worn as small as it will go. I think if you 're perfectly in- between sizes you might want to pick the smaller size. But the medium does work, it ca n't slip over my hips.

[ This is a very comfortable and cute harness for indoor climbing. The color is cute. True to size and comparable size to other harnesses. Has loops for carabiners.

[ Overall a great harness. The leg padding is very comfortable, though the leg loops do not adjust, it does n't seem to be an issue on the wall. I picked it up for my girlfriend who ’s just getting into climbing. It comes nicely packaged and ready to rock out the box. Sized well for the description.

[ I 've been using this harness for the last month and have been loving it. I read a few reviews saying this harness is better for women who are n't curvy, so was hesitant to purchase- for reference I 'm 5' 8 and 160 lbs. and am very hourglass shaped. I think the best thing I can say about this harness is that I do n't notice it at all. It does n't dig in anywhere( where previous harnesses have left bruises), the padding on the legs makes it extremely comfortable to sit in, and I do n't ever find that I have to mess with adjusting it once it's on. I did make sure to measure myself and purchase according to the size chart, as the legs are not adjustable. Make sure to do that homework to get a good fit for yourself. Love the colors, the materials, and the carrying case it comes with. All around it's been a win for me!

I purchased them in 2023 and after over 6 months of break in on my treadmill I wore them for my Everest base camp and had excellent performance without any blisters. I walked 7 days and went from lukla in Nepal to EBC without any problems

I 'VE WORN THESE BOOTS THE LAST 7 YEARS. THIS IS MY 3RD PAIR IN THAT TIMEFRAME. I PUT SEVERAL HUNDRED MILES ON EACH PAIR AND THEY SURE DO LAST.

I want to start by saying that I have been a loyal follower and buyer of Salomon boots for as long as I can remember. For at least the past ten years, I have worn them every single day. I replace my boots annually—not because they wear out or break down, but simply because I love the feel of new boots. In fact, I still have all of my previous pairs, except my very first ones( which I should have kept as well). Each pair continues to serve me in different ways. When I first purchase a new pair, they become my work boots, while the older ones transition into hiking boots, allowing them time to break in naturally. After about six months, I begin using the newer boots for hiking, always carrying an extra pair in my pack in case I need to swap them out—usually due to an issue like water getting inside. Let me emphasize that under normal conditions, these boots do not get wet inside. However, if fully submerged underwater—which I have done on several occasions—they will absorb moisture. When this happens, I hang the wet boot on the outside of my pack to dry while I continue my journey. I can confidently say that Salomon makes outstanding boots. They have been an essential part of my adventures, and I highly recommend them. Great boots, great company, and great experiences with Salomon!

Boot met and exceeded expectations. First pair of Salomon ’s and could not be happier. Great support, and waterproof membrane has helped so much. Used them on a late season hunt and kept my feet warm and dry.
