I bought my boots in November 2012 and have used them in all kinds of activities from general yard work, tree clearing, winter activities and everyday wear. These boots have ridden with me over 30, 000 miles of motorcycling. They 're both comfortable and durable, having only begun to show their age in the past few months. I 've NEVER owned any footwear that lasted this long. I 'm not sure they 're ready to be replaced but I 'm buying another pair before Timberland discontinues this model.

Bought these prior to taking a trip to Alaska. Did a ton of hiking in all sorts of different conditions- rocky, wet, slippery, etc. and these held up well in all of them. Extremely comfortable even after wearing all day long, and feet stayed dry on those wet days. Always provided great traction to give you that confidence on steep trails. Splashed through puddles. Even after racking up 12k, 17k, and 15k steps day after day, shoes felt soft and comfortable. Not sure how long the sole will last compared to its more rugged counterparts. Lightweight as well.
