[ I 've been interested in trying a cute asymmetrical sports bra, and this hit the mark. The material is double- layered, soft, and has the right amount of stretch to feel supported. I appreciate the sewn- in cups the most- they wo n't get lost in the dryer! Even with only one strap, this bra held up to a 30- minute upper body strength training workout. I would n't go upside down in it, but for me this felt more like medium- support due to the fit and I would feel comfortable wearing it on the bike or a power walk.

I 've been looking for a more supportive sports bra for a few years. Finally let myself try on this bra. It's not cheap, but it keeps me secure without crushing me or making it hard to breathe.
