I wash them and did iron some stubborn creases cautiously with an ironing cloth and after that, they come out of the washer and onto a hanger to dry. It ’s one of those things that you only get to treat yourself with once in a blue moon lol. This is my third Icebreaker t- shirt. I 'm a runner and these shirts are perfect for warm weather running. Besides the obvious benefits of wool, like no odor( allows several runs before washing), and excellent sweat wicking, but they are also soft. If you 're a man and wear the typical polyester tech shirt, you are prone to nipple chafing from a polyester shirt on long, warm weather runs. Even mitigation actions like lubricants on the nipple do not fully work. But wool is so soft, I 've never chafed a nipple since wearing them. These are my preferred running shirts. And... I love the `` molten '' color.
