I do n't know what dark wizard lord Cotopaxi made a deal with to find this space material, but it is the softest thing I 've ever had on my body, and I 've had literal baby faces on my body before. If you 're an in- between size person, I 'd recommend sizing down. Notice that the model is 6' 0 '' and wearing a medium. The zipper is silky smooth( compared to my Marmot& North Face jackets) and I like the more fitted style of the jacket. It is noticeably warmer than my Marmot Highlander jacket, which is to be expected since the Marmot is 700 fill- power vs. the Fuego's 800 fill- power. I a tall, thin woman and got the men ’s as the women ’s had a little too much bulk to allow for fuller hips. This has a sleeker look. I will get my moneys worth out of this piece. I wear it as a sweater as opposed to a jacket. I love it so much, I want more colors. I bought three Cotopaxi jackets this year, so trying to be reasonable. I haven ’ t tried it out in the rain but I did wear it for a day and can say that it does keep you warm! I love the pit zippers they allow you to breathe and conceal at the same time! Love the colors my only peeve is that a large is truly a large lol. If you want to wear a sweatshirt under a rain jacket this is perfect if you wear a medium size shirt youll want to up it in size only if you plan wearing something bulky under it if not, then stay to the size you wear. The other reason I got the large is my arms are longer than average and my shoulders broader than average as well! I wish it was tapered at the waist line a little bit but overall it ’s a cute jacket! I got it to take on a cruise in the UK from Amsterdam! 12 days of fun I hope! I believe this jacket will last a lifetime as I have several products from Cotopaxi! My backpack is 16 years old and still looks new and I use it a lot! If it gets dirty I just throw it in the washer and it comes out brand new! Have fun exploring the world!
