Putting it together required being focused, but it was fairly easy. Once together, it is doing exactly what we bought it to do: getting adequate, easily done exercise for two older folks. I ’ ve got four 45- minute segments and it doesn ’ t give me the same accomplishment from walking outdoors in that same time without turning the resistance past 8 on the 14- levels dial, but I don ’ t miss my outdoor exercise when it ’s 22 degrees and 17 mph wind gusts make walking undoable. Quality of the bike manufacturing is very good. Seat is comfortable and the pedals are easy to secure your foot( adjustable). Pedaling is quiet and the distance from seat to pedal is variable by adjusting the seat height and should satisfy most riders. The bike is very quiet when pedaling so it can be situated in any room available. Overall, A+ so far.

the R92 is a solid built machine previously I had a proform that broke whenever I rode the proform it would constantly move side to side plus the seat was uncomforatable and a few other things th R92 does n't move the seat is comforatable the backrest leans slightly back the programs are good the resistance levels are good I paid extra for the inside delivery and that was well worth it I had them take it upstairs they had it assembled and ready to use in 30 minutes. When I saw the size of that box there was no way I was going to get that upstairs by myself I 'm 73 so like I said it was worth the extra money. I 'm very satisfied withe the machine. My husband and I are in our early 60's and got on a healthy diet earlier this year but still needed a little more improvement with his diabetes and my cholesterol numbers to keep from adding medications. First, your instructions were the best I 've seen in a long time. I could understand what I was supposed to do to easily put the cross trainer together with a little help from my husband for the few steps where two people were required. Received my new recumbent cross trainer( SBE420035) 3/08/2025. Packaging is terrific. Every piece is individually wrapped, nothing rattled, and every piece was pristine. This is an awesome item. Functions like a much more expensive cross trainer. Smooth, quiet, electronics work, and Sunny Fit App is excellent. I can actually connect my cross trainer via bluetooth to the app and there are a myriad things to do. I would not hesitate to buy it again. Assembly is n't bad but the instructions in the booklet are confusing. Too many small numbers and letters and pictures. The video is better. Do n't let this stop you, the SBE420035 is a terrific piece of exercise equipment and Sunny Health is a fine company with excellent customer service. I 'm an 81 year old man who has been working out his whole life and am not easily impressed.

I have an ankle injury and need to get some aerobic exercise not involving my legs. The only drawback so far is that the pedal box is very noisy( a squeaky noise) when you first start exercising. The noise abates a bit after some time of using, but it is still there and annoying. That is the reason I have given a 4 rating instead of a 5. We have had a regular Sunny bike for about 8 years now and have loved it!! But my husband now has Parkinson's disease which is affecting his legs most of all. So a recumbent bike is necessary for him to keep riding. The fact that he can easily step in front of the seat without having to hike his leg over the machine to straddle the seat is a game changer for him. I chose this model partly for that reason. I chose Sunny because the quality of my original bike was great, and a few years ago when I had a bearing wear out, it was easy to get a replacement and YouTube videos enabled us to do the maintenance on it ourselves, even as 70- year olds! [ Assembly- went together in leas than an hour once I got it all unboxed. Make sure that you assemble this where it is going to be used. It weighs quite a bit. This is great for stability, but not very mobile. Function- very sturdy and easy to adjust for size and resistance. There is a noticable difference in each step from 1 to 8. I also like the fact that the arm and legs can( and should) be worked separately. You can pinpoint the proper resistance level for each. Extras- The screen is functional and gives you the basics, but not much more and that is fine for me. I know what I want to do for my work out and dont need to pay for a tour guide. Quality- As I said this is a very sturdy machine and even though I have only been using for about a month I have no doubt that it will last.

Fully adjustable to fit my body and keeps me coming back for comfortable exercise. I would recommend this for anyone that wants to add more exercise to their daily routines. I am a 79 year old male and it is making a difference in my daily life. The quality and value of my product were outstanding.
