[ Im big on outdoors and love riding bikes on the trails! I was very surprised by this Switchback Comp from Mongoose. Mongoose is a well known name but I never realized they had such a beast like this and had to give it a try. First off packaging was really good and bike was completely protected. Was a really simple assembly and it was fun to do because you really get to see the design and engineering that was put in it. Tectonic T1 aluminum MTB frame really made this what looks like it should have some weight to it really makes it super light and durable. It was definitely made to be used and pushed to the limit and keep on going! It is really nice all the customizable adjustments you can make to get that perfect fit for anyone who is going to use it. The 2 x 7 drivetrain with Shimano derailleur and Microshift shifters made it really smooth to shift when going down and uphills. The Disc brake was absolutely amazing and gave the smoothest braking power whether it be hard or soft, which gives you maximum control when hitting a last second turn. I am by no means a pro or even hardcore mountain biker but I will say this is a really good starter bike for those who are really trying to upgrade their game from a basic 10- speed. I have throughly enjoyed this Switchback Comp from Mongoose and really would recommend it to anyone who is trying to level up their mountain biking skills!

So far seems like a good bike for the price if you do n't need bells and whistles. Managed to assemble it myself within a couple hours. The highest resistance is n't as strong as on a more expensive machine, but I feel it enough when I 'm pedaling. It does wobble slightly when in use, and after a few sessions I have started to hear a clicking noise in the wheel, but neither has presented a problem in using the bike so far.

Received my new recumbent cross trainer( SBE420035) 3/08/2025. Packaging is terrific. Every piece is individually wrapped, nothing rattled, and every piece was pristine. This is an awesome item. Functions like a much more expensive cross trainer. Smooth, quiet, electronics work, and Sunny Fit App is excellent. I can actually connect my cross trainer via bluetooth to the app and there are a myriad things to do. I would not hesitate to buy it again. Assembly is n't bad but the instructions in the booklet are confusing. Too many small numbers and letters and pictures. The video is better. Do n't let this stop you, the SBE420035 is a terrific piece of exercise equipment and Sunny Health is a fine company with excellent customer service. I 'm an 81 year old man who has been working out his whole life and am not easily impressed.

I threw away my 40 year old stationary bike and replaced it with this one. I am so surprised how quiet it is when I ride it. My old bike had a chain and made so much noise. I think the bike is great. Well built and strong. Seat is large and comfy. It has been over a year that I have not rode a bike so I am starting with less tension and will increase it in time. I like the tension adjustment and the easy height adjustments. I would recommend this bike. The bike was packaged very well and I was glad nothing was wrong with it since the box had seen better days in transit. I also chose not to keep the foot straps on the petals when I ride. I ’ ve been using the NordicTrack G LE recumbent bike for a few weeks now, and I have to say, it ’s been a pretty great experience overall. The console isn ’ t anything fancy—it ’s pretty basic—but it gets the job done. Putting it together required being focused, but it was fairly easy. Once together, it is doing exactly what we bought it to do: getting adequate, easily done exercise for two older folks. [ Assembly- went together in leas than an hour once I got it all unboxed. Make sure that you assemble this where it is going to be used. It weighs quite a bit. This is great for stability, but not very mobile. Function- very sturdy and easy to adjust for size and resistance. There is a noticable difference in each step from 1 to 8. I also like the fact that the arm and legs can( and should) be worked separately. You can pinpoint the proper resistance level for each. Extras- The screen is functional and gives you the basics, but not much more and that is fine for me. I know what I want to do for my work out and dont need to pay for a tour guide. Quality- As I said this is a very sturdy machine and even though I have only been using for about a month I have no doubt that it will last.

First the bike was delivered to my home all in tac and well packaged. The assembly was easy and instructions are easy to follow. [ I received a free Stamina in option E1000 Compact Lower Body Cardio Workout Strider Machine by Spreetail in exchange for my honest review. Upon receiving the machine I noticed how heavy and well made it is. I put it together in under 10 minutes, it was super easy. The photos show people standing on this for use- I would say that is not really going to give you the greatest workout, it would be more to improve balance as the stride is very small. Too small to be effective while standing. As a seated cardio machine it is wonderful. It counts your stride or time which I thought was very cool for making goals. The resistance levels are also large enough to give someone brand new a challenge or a seasoned athlete some cardio. I shared this product with my dad as well who is 75 years old. He has trouble walking or standing for long periods because of hip pain. This gives him a way to exercise safely and without pain. It is pretty easily portable but is a bit heavy. It would be great to have under your work desk to get some movement while sitting for hours! All in all a very well made product.

I got this bike as I am temporarily unable to run due to a neck injury. It was pretty simple to assemble( although some of the instructions were a little hard to decipher). All parts were in the box along with some tools to put it together if you do n't already have your own tools. SO far, I have used it daily and I find the motion is very quiet and smooth. I like the simplicity of the display and, for anyone wondering, you can reset each workout `` session '' by holding down the button and your session distance and time will reset. The bike does have an odometer so it will continue to track your entire distance overall, which I like. There is also a nice feature that the screen will toggle through all the items on the screen if you choose the `` scan '' option on the screen. Or you can just have it set to stay on distance or time so that is a nice feature to have a little flexibility. I also really like the back of the seat since, as mentioned above, I 'm dealing with a neck injury so I can sit back and not worry about needing extra support. The side handles are very nice too for when I sit back and peddle. An excellent bike for anyone looking for something without any extra bells and whistles that does what it should do at a very reasonable price.

Each month. The 6th month I peddled for an hour every other day for a hour. I knew I had nerve damage in my knee I kept my plan. Every passing month I did my bed exercises of leg lifts, scissor kicks and knee bends. 6 months ago I practiced standing my legs were weak. I started exercising every day peddling for a hour at tention 8. Exercising with weights and leg bed exercises. Today I am walking I peddle everyday 10 miles or over do the math. The Sunny peddler never broke down never quit on me. The only thing I changed were the peddles for better traction. I work in 3D modeling and animation. I am 71 I have no pain I take no pain killers. I really love this I think it ’s great for in home use. I have about 1000 “ steps ” on mine currently and it works well is pretty quiet and I ’ ve had no issues with it. I am able to balance well enough to use it standing which my room mate can not but can use it sitting down. So if you aren ’ t able to balance well you will not be able to use it standing there is another version with handles that would be best. It ’s small and heavy and it ’s easy for hair or dirt to get into the areas so it ’s probably best to keep it away from where your pets might be.

It took about half an hour to put it together with very clear instructions. I 'm 5'11 '' and I 'm on the last adjustment hole. Someone taller might have to drill another hole, which might leave very little seat post remaining.

I bought this bike in January and I had never done a cycling class or been on a bike so I was hesitant because there were a lot of bikes more expensive than this one. But I have been using it for months and it's awesome, especially for the price. The handlebars and seat are adjustable to fit your height. It is easy to move around so I can wheel it into different rooms and it's not a huge machine so it can be tucked against a wall or easily stored. I live in an apartment on the second floor and this is great because it's quiet( no pounding on the floor like a treadmill.) It does n't have a ton of bells and whistles with built in screens for live classes but I watch free youtube cycling videos on my ipad and rest it on the inner handlebars easily! This bike has made working out fun and every time I finish a ride I am sweating and happy! I highly recommend this bike.

I have only used it for 5 days and the left side peddle has developed an annoying clicking sound from inside the bike main body. This is very noticeable at resistance settings 1 and 2. As I increase the resistance setting the sound seems to diminish. When I peddle backwards and then resume forward the clicking is gone for about a dozen rotations then returns. I ’ m 70 years old so I use the lower residence setting ’s more often. I use my head phones, crank up the music and tada…… no clicking sound I just feel a slight vibration when the peddle passes the specific rotation point. Easy to put together no real problem. Solid build, except for the clicking sound.
