This equipment is a much appreciated tool for my objective of staying active and aging in the best way possible. The order and delivery went well, including timely replacement for a defective computer. The assembly instructions were easy to follow and I initiated the rower shortly thereafter. The rower was well packaged and arrived without damage. Assembly was strait forward with all parts, hardware and simple tools provided.( Note that some screws and washers are preinstalled so do n't panic when inventorying hardware.) Was pleasantly surprised at how robust the rower is. The hydraulic cylinder provides just enough resistance for the intended user( seniors). Suggest keeping rowing sessions under 20 minutes to avoid overheating the cylinder.
