Received my new recumbent cross trainer( SBE420035) 3/08/2025. Packaging is terrific. Every piece is individually wrapped, nothing rattled, and every piece was pristine. This is an awesome item. Functions like a much more expensive cross trainer. Smooth, quiet, electronics work, and Sunny Fit App is excellent. I can actually connect my cross trainer via bluetooth to the app and there are a myriad things to do. I would not hesitate to buy it again. Assembly is n't bad but the instructions in the booklet are confusing. Too many small numbers and letters and pictures. The video is better. Do n't let this stop you, the SBE420035 is a terrific piece of exercise equipment and Sunny Health is a fine company with excellent customer service. I 'm an 81 year old man who has been working out his whole life and am not easily impressed.

My 83 year old mother enjoys the smooth ride. She says it ’s better than the one she rode at rehab and she thought it was great. I ’ m so glad she has it. We don ’ t have to worry about her falling off her regular exercise bike. Thank you! It did come in several pieces. Came FedEx today, took 3 hrs to assemble. Both wife and I tried it. So for I feel it will work perfectly for both of us.

Bike assembly took 4 days as I completed the 8 steps, 2 steps a day. Only help I had was getting it off the porch and into the foyer where I completed the assembly. I have 2 parts left over a R and L plastic cup like shape. Can you tell me where they fit. Thank you, Lee Hurdelbrink
