I ’ m very happy with it. It is very strudy and the seat is very comfortable. Usually most rowers skimp on the seats. Also the foot pedals are nice the straps keep them tight and the swivel movement keep your feet sturdy but comfortable. The machine is very smooth and quiet. I got into rowing at my local gym on this same exact rower and loved it. I deceided to buy one for the house( one of my greatest decisions) and tried Concepts and various hydro rowers. They did n't come close as far as comfort and also they did n't have a high enough resistance which I enjoy. I am not very good at setting things up from a manual, I 'm a video person, but I assembled this myself easily in 2 hours, very clever step by step instructions with the tools included. Nothing was very difficult. Then I had my phone connected to the screen, blasting old hip hop videos off YouTube and custom programmed my favorite rowing settings in barely 5 minutes. I have rowed every morning before work( highly recommended, hey you have one in the house now) and I am in ninja shape. Shout out to the Cyber Mondsy sale I saved a ton which made me finally buy one. Very impressed!

Easy at first and does not seems like much but stick with it and level up the effort and will feel and see the difference. I 've had my rower now for several months and initially had issues with the meter not connecting to the app. I had replaced another rowing machine in favor of this one to specifically connect to the app. Sunny Fitness sent a replacement meter and everything has been working great ever since. It ’s very lightweight so I can move it around easily, yet it ’s also very sturdy. The seat slides easily and there really is a big difference in the resistance levels. It was super easy to assemble. I love it- I feel it in my arms, legs and core, especially, and I would recommend it to anyone.

I just assembled the rower 2 days ago. Assembling instructions very clear and straightforward, it took me about 45 minutes to complete the assembly. Since then I used it twice and am happy with the results. I used to workout with a rowing machine at the gym, and like this one better, as you can use your arms in a wide opening, as opposed to the ones in the gym that you only bring your arms back and forth. Up to now I am very happy with the workout and best thing is I do n't have to leave the house to do it. The only complaint I have is that it does n't have a heart monitor, which is a very handy feature. I know that including it would raise the price, because of the need to install sensors and another function in the display, but I would be prepared to pay the difference, if it was a reasonable one. I am used to the HR monitor as I also have a static bike at home, and this one ahs the HR monitor and it is very handy. I will post a new development comment in a couple of weeks, after using it more times.

I was a little concerned that I could get a quality rower at this price, but several reviewers swayed me. I could not be more pleased. It arrived on time. I assembled it in about 30 minutes. They instructions were clear and even the packing of screws, etc was first class. But best of all, I am very pleased with the quality. I have used it for about two weeks and an fully satisfied with the fit and finish as well as the exercise that I get. If you are considering a home rower, I would recommend this one.

The assembly was more complicated than I expected( it took me an hour to get it fully out of the box and assembled), but it was worth it once I got the whole machine together. I was only able to do 2 minutes on it my first time and my thighs had a good burn going! I also felt it in my lats, shoulders, biceps, and my core a bit, just after 2 minutes on it. I like that you can adjust the resistance and the seat easily. I have n't tried the resistance band cables yet, but I 'm looking forward to it to target my inner and outer thighs like it shows in the video. This machine does n't feel like a beginner machine- I work out already, and like I said, after just 2 minutes on resistance 3, I had to take a break and my legs were burning! If you 're a beginner, you may have to work up to being able to be on it for several minutes at a time. It gets your heart pumping, too!

Excellant. I am a small 69 year women. With the instructions and well laid out parts, the machine was easy to assemble and ever so nifty to use. It appears small due to the design. It is indeed easy to use and to fold for compact storage. I do not expect to fold it. It fits nicely in my loft with other machines. I do suggest that a newbie watch a few YouTube videos. There are many showing proper rowing form and how to use an air or water rowing machine. They also explain why there is no `` resistance control. '' This is ever so much better than the Precor piston machine that I had 2 decades ago. I did not like the piston design. The Stamina Air Rower is so much better! This machine complements my Landice L7 treadmill, Lemond Revmaster spin bike and Nordic Track Elite ski machine... all tiptop machines in premium working order. If ever I wear it out, I will replace it likely with the beautiful WaterRower.

The air from the wheel blows through my hair as I 'm rowing and I found a relax channel on my Roku that has a sunrise mountain lake scene with lapping water. Assembling it by myself was a breeze. At first I thought the meter was n't working correctly, so I unplugged it and plugged it back in. This is my first rower so I appreciate the larger seat as I am still working on getting comfortable and consistent form. It glides so easily and is relatively quiet that I can watch tv simultaneously. My husband said it was more comfortable than our recumbent bike. He is a big guy so researched to find a sturdy rower made better than cheaper versions I saw in the stores. Cost a little more than I originally wanted to spend, but I am so glad I did.
