My son wears a size 6 soon to be 6. 5 in Reg shoes and kids grow fast and Nike cleats usually run narrow so I went up to a 7. 5 for this upcoming 2023 season. we broke them in a little outside and he said they feel good and fit nice. Cleats has cool/interesting new materiales and features( glad Nike is finally putting some effort to innovate vs just relying on 90s vintage models). Shoes run a bit small from usual size so my suggestion go 1/2 number up. Also not too comfortable, narrow on the toe box and difficult to put on. Returned them and ordered Vapor Edge 360 Untouchable instead as those have a wider toe box and easier to put on. I ’ d recommend the Alpha Menace 5 Elite only to those players with narrow foot and consider half larger size for best fit.
