So I 'm one of those weirdos that only wears sports bras, and have for my entire life. I hate traditional bras and I love compression-- like, the flatter the better. I do n't want to feel any movement in my chest area. I 've also been `` blessed '' with boobs that just want to flop and have a tendency to stretch out all of my sports bras. For reference, I 'm 5' 5 '', ~138 lbs and I 'm around a 32 D. Medium is perfect for me. The only caveat is that most of my activity leans toward medium impact-- I 'm a climber, so I take lots of hard bouldering falls and spend long days in the mountains, but I do n't do much sustained high impact activity like running or crossfit, so if either of those are your jam, take my recommendation with a grain of salt.:) Anyway, I 'm 6 months into wearing this bra daily, and I love it so much. I was a little leery of the adjustment buckles on the front before trying it on, but they 're actually very slim and low profile. I do n't notice them and I have n't had to adjust them yet, and they do n't stand out under my shirts. The amount of compression is just right-- snug but comfortable, like a hug. The mesh is breathable, wicks well, and so far has been impressively odor- resistant. Best of all, no flopping! It's the first sports bra I 've owned that I can wear all day, transitioning from activity to activity, and have n't felt like I 'm either being suffocated or drowning in my own sweat. I can spend a strenuous day hiking or climbing, sweat a bunch, and come back into civilisation without feeling like I need to change right away because it dries super quickly and amazingly(!), does n't stink or give me rashes. And I have n't even managed to stretch it out yet-- it still feels almost as snug and comfortable as when it was new. I 'm honestly impressed with the combination of performance, durability, and comfort. Most of my sports bras start out great but become borderline unusable after a few months and a couple of washes. Not this one. For me, personally, this is a winner-- I 'm a convert and it might be the only bra I buy from here on out.

In terms of chafing, which is what I was honestly most worried about for this bra for this long of a distance, I did n't notice anything painful during the race or after, so it gets an A+ for that! One thing I will note is that it can be a little restrictive. I 'm not too well- adorned in the breast department, so I did n't have much of a problem, but it is highly supportive, and that may come with some unwanted compression!

I bought these and they are fantastic. I 've had other half tights but this is by far the best I have worn. It's almost like it's not there. I did by a medium by accident, and later I ordered a large. They both fit well. But I did notice the seam in the front kinda digs into your groin area, but when I got the large( which is my normal size), I had no such issues. The light colors are slightly revealing, but the dark colors is perfect. Nowhere near as noticeable as the blue ones. with that being said I will say the light color does n't show sweat marks like my other half tights, it really lets the sweat dry and you do n't as mess from a run down there.

These shorts are very comfortable and real easy to put on and take off. You can also wear these over several different undergarments and those do n't show easily, which is very good. I wear these for walking and swimming and they fit the bill well. Phone pocket works well, although my phone struggles to fit since I upgraded to a bigger one recently.
