You can wear in in the 50 ’s unzipped without getting too hot, and I ’ ve worn it in mid 30 ’s drizzle comfortably. Any cooler than 30 degrees and you ’ d probably want to throw on a fleece underneath. The Sherpa is a very nice touch, and I love the hood. This coat is more comfortable than my previous coat, time will tell if it also lasts me 20 years.

[ Let me start off my saying i totally love this jacket. It is for my 8 year old son. He ’s average height for his age and this jacket fits him a little loose. Which is fine for me since he can easily wear it over a sweatshirt. The design is relatively basic yet classic at the same time. Black with white can never go out of style. One of the great features of this jacket is the ribbed cuffs by the wrist. Although the arm length is a little long this feature stops the sleeve from going over the hand. The hood is a nice size and easily covers the entire head and face. So far we have used it in light rain and it has kept him totally dry. The material is soft. Its not too heavy but provides great protection from the wind and rain. Its light weight and very comfortable as well. Its my sons go to jacket when he leaves the house for most off the fall season. Hes only had it for a few weeks so far but the material has held up great. No signs of wear. Its pretty easy to clean. I highly recommend this jacket to anyone with kids. Its stylish and very practical for a very reasonable price. I would definitely buy again and plan on getting more in the future.

Also, I 've read a few reviews about how some do not like how the zipper goes up too high, but that really is n't a problem. [ This jacket is pretty much everything you want it to be for a running coat or rain coat or everyday wear coat!:) It is so thin, lightweight and the material is very stretchy. I love that it's made of 75% recycled material and is also waterproof. Cool! My favorites about this coat are in the details though!! The sleeves have elastic so you can pull them up your arms and they stay. The zipper pulls all have a little extender on them for convenient use and there is an elastic hook to hang the coat by. Probably my favorite detail is the design of the hood pulls. You can pull your hood tight and lock it into place with a stopper. But even more awesome, the stopper is on a loop with a little blocking washer so your strings wo n't get lost in the holes of the hood during wear or washing. Amazing design!!! The only thing I would mention here is that I am a woman and this is a mens coat so the design is very straight; no room for hips at all- so I would suggest getting a womens style coat if you are at all curvy. For me I just tuck it under. Also for a men's small to fit me perfect makes me think it may run a bit small( as I think most Nike items do). Overall, highly recommend.

I travel a lot for work and carry a heavy back pack, I replaced my small umbrella with this jacket. It rolls up pretty small and is a lot lighter than the umbrella, which helps with reducing weight of having to lug around through my travels. The stylish look combined with the light weight stretchy feel makes this jacket stand alone in my collection that I 'll resort to for many occasions and not just for a cloudy rainy day. It's also not like any other typical rain coats, this one does n't make you feel like you 're wearing a plastic bag and make you all sweaty. I am so happy I got this coat for the torrential rains that are happening in California right now. I usually wear a medium... sized up to a large and I am glad I did. The sleeves are long enough to hide my cold hands and I 'm able to wear layers underneath for warmth. It still looks good. My L covers my butt( 5' 6 '', 34DD, short arms, 145 lbs.) One of the best parts of this jacket is how well it holds up in gusty conditions. Even without layering heavily, I could feel noticeably less wind- chill than with my old softshell. Very happy with that. The hand pockets are secure, the sleeve pocket is handy for small stuff, and mesh pocket bags help with breathability. It was plenty warm enough for cool evenings and at high elevations. But the best feature of this jacket is the hood. The hood fits so well around your face and neck. [ Have been on a hunt for a new shirt jack, and this is the one I liked best out the 4 I tried. Very well built, lightweight and wind breaking. The poly insulation is just thick enough without being bulky, and plenty warm. I run hot, so this is great for me. I live in a wet climate, so water resistance is important. When I received this, the first test was to run water over my sleeve in the sink. The water ran right off. Recently had a scrap with a rose branch and the tough shoulder material was unaffected. It's a nicely styled jacket. I purchased the grey one with the branding blacked out- very cool. Would recommend!
