We had the OG Theragun and it lasted well over 6 years. No issues with rechargeable battery. Unfortunately, I got one of the attachments stuck when I used superglue to fix one of the attachments and it stuck to the Theragun connector. The Theragun ProPlus is SO much quieter than the OG. I can barely hear it when I have our air purifier on for white noise. The digital display, the multiple speeds, the heat attachment, the vibrating attachment, the red light therapy, pulse reader, and being able to use the cold plus attachment makes this the# 1 Theragun device EVER!! I do n't typically write reviews but today I was feeling like paying it forward. This massage roller is the best out there, and I have tried so many types. I bought one for my son, my husband, my father... you name it. The grooves in the bar help penetrate deep into the muscle and bring blood flow to the area. The handles are superb. The bar does n't pinch your skin, pull your hair or feel like it will break. Superb product!

I had half torn my plantar fascial tendon some 20 years ago in a athletic competition. This little tool is really helpfull to relieve pain when it comes back. It does seem to work preventatively, too.( If only I did not get lazy when the pain recedes...). I 've got both orange an black, they are both pretty good. I would say black may be even better when not having an acute pain- it goes a little deeper.

Works amazingly well! I have several Trigger Point products, however, this one rises above the rest! Due to its size and construction it quite effectively targets harder to access spots. In enables deep tissue rolling/self massage. The three modes are nice but I have found the first level of vibration to be strong enough in most circumstances. Directions are incorrect how they indicate if device is actively charging or fully charged. Directions state there is an orange LED by charging port. This is incorrect, there are 2 LED ’s only on opposite side by the on/off switch. The one furthest on right blinks blue to indicate charging, it becomes solid blue when fully charged. The 3 LED ’s also indicate what charge level has been set, 1, 2 or 3, although this is obvious. Minor issue for user confusion but would certainly not sway me from recommending this product.
