I was skeptical because I ’ ve never used a massager, but it has been a game changer for recovery after weight focused workouts.

[ I was very impressed with the Hyperice Hypervolt 3 Go and how much performance it packs into a compact device. The build quality feels excellent, it ’s easy to handle, and it quickly became part of my everyday recovery routine. I used it after mountain biking, lifting sessions, runs, and hikes, and it consistently left my muscles feeling looser. Over two weeks of daily use, I noticed less lingering soreness and faster turnaround between hard efforts. The intensity provides a satisfying deep- tissue effect that many active people will really appreciate. Personally, I found it strong in the best way and loved how it felt on my body. In the clinic setting, it can be a great option for patients who prefer firm input and have a higher pain tolerance. It ’s simple to apply, efficient, and helps target areas that need focused work. My only critique is that I would love to see an even gentler setting available for individuals who are more irritable or sensitive. With that addition, it would cover nearly every population I work with.

[ I liked the size and of the hypervolt go 3. It was small and very quiet. It worked well to loosen my legs and back muscles after riding. The two included ends seem to be able to cover most of the needs I had for it, I may get a thumb head for a bit deeper pressure but was able to mostly use the included wedge. There was plenty of power and depth and The controls were very easy to use and felt good making it easy to dial in the right speed. There were a few times I could stall out the device when pressing into large muscle groups but had no issues if I backed off and took a bit more time. If you are working into muscles hard a bigger version may be better suited I also am traveling with the device and it was a perfect size in the included travel case. Usb c charging also meant not needing to carry an additional charger just for the go 3. The battery life also has meant little need for charging even when used almost everyday after a bike ride. The device is also very quiet, the other percussive massage tool I have used is much louder and distracting. You could very easily use the go 3 on the spot in the gym without disturbing anyone. [ The Hyperice Hypervolt 3 Go is incredible. It ’s super lightweight but still packs serious power. I travel often for work, and it takes up barely any space in my bag without adding extra weight. Same goes for the gym. Easy to toss in and bring along. What really sets it apart is how lightweight it is when you ’ re using it on yourself. It isn ’ t heavy or awkward like most other massage guns. You can easily reach your shoulders, upper back, and legs without feeling like you ’ re wrestling the thing. That alone makes it a game changer. I ’ m a climber and bring this with me regularly. I train climbers of all ages and skill levels, including a group of people with Parkinson ’s who need more sensitive settings but still need their muscles worked effectively. From them, to friends dealing with shoulder and back soreness after long sessions, to me with my own back and shoulder issues, this thing works magic. The different intensity levels make it perfect for every body and every situation. I adjust based on the muscle group and the person using it. It works just as well for beginners as it does for serious athletes. I use it before and after every workout, and my recovery has completely leveled up. Muscles feel looser, less sore, and ready to go again faster than ever. I ’ ve tried other massage guns, and honestly, it ’s like comparing a jacket from Walmart to one from Patagonia. It might get the job done, but once you experience how it ’s supposed to work, you ’ ll never go back. Huge fan of Hyperice. Can ’ t recommend this enough. Now I just need to try the heat attachment 👀🔥

[ I was super pumped to have the opportunity to test this product out. I used it mostly post workouts( about an hour after the workout) when I felt fatigue on different body parts. I would go through a stretching routine and also use the hyperice product to massage different body parts. This has definitely been beneficial and I would recommend it for active athletes and gym goers who don ’ t want to lose any days working out due to soreness. This product will definitely improve your gym workouts and overall health and wellness
