I ’ ve had the Hyperice Venom 2 for over a year now. It works very well and lasts around 110 minutes on the highest heat and constant vibration settings. I rarely use anything other than the constant vibration, the on/off settings don ’ t do much for me. I appreciate how quickly this item heats up, it is much faster than a traditional back pad. The one gripe I have with it is that this is very fit to use on the lower back, I have had upper back pain in the past and this does not cover that area easily. Overall I ’ m satisfied with this purchase and I ’ m glad to have it in my arsenal of Hyperice items.

I use a foam roller to assist with stretching, and rolling out tight muscles. This addition came in clutch getting deep pressure relief in areas the foam roller can not.

As a regular foam roller user I was intrigued when I started seeing advertisement videos for these Chirp Wheels all over sonically media… at first I thought they were just another gimmick and couldn ’ t justify the additional cost when compared to a standard foam roller… then I started to read the reviews and even had some friends recommend them… so I finally decided to give in to the hype and buy them… and WOW am I ever glad I did!!! I bought this hoping to relieve my pulled/strained back. I was day 2 of healing and used it. It hurt like he double hockey sticks but I fell sooooo much better after. I was able to move better after just 1 use. I did it daily for a week and felt back to normal.
